Provocative Fiery Wife: My Superior is a Affectionate Spitfire Chapter 1397 – Daddy, do not go looking for that bad woman anymore.

Chapter 1397: Daddy, do not go looking for that bad woman anymore.

“You’re not my mommy! You’re a bad woman who’s out to steal my daddy!”

Pei Ge’s body visibly shook when she heard that. Her face then turned pale-white.

She truly wished that she was only dreaming right now!

However, she was also very clear that that was not the case.

Everything happening now was reality.

Her hand froze in mid-air and did not land on Ji Chi’s head because her child was looking at her with so much wariness and… animosity.

“Baby, what happened to you?”

Qu Jingwan, who was being hugged by the boy, watched all this in shock before she hesitatingly opened her mouth.

“You don’t recognize—”

She was cut off mid-speech by the child.

“Mommy, I want to get out of here. I don’t want to stay here. I want to be with you.”

The boy rested his head against her stomach and acted cutesy.

“Huh?”

Pei Ge felt even more terrible as she saw the other woman’s shock and confused expression.

Clearly, that was her child.

“Little brother is a baddie! Bullying mommy and us, I don’t want him anymore!”

Ran Ran, who was sobbing and sniffling, immediately wiped away her tears when she saw this and stopped crying. She then turned her red eyes onto her mother.

“Mommy, I hate little brother. He doesn’t want us anymore, so we don’t want him, either!”

She angrily told her mother.

“Don’t spout nonsense.”

Madam Ji was the first to react.

“Be a good girl, and don’t joke around.”

The girl’s mother gently patted her head, too.

“Waaahh! I just don’t like how he doesn’t recognize us! I don’t like him like this…”

Seeing that no one was consoling her and was even contradicting her, the girl started wailing again.

Hence, the ward descended into a chaotic scene.

In the end, without another choice, Pei Ge could only bring home her two kids.

Meanwhile, Ji Ziming and Qu Jingwan stayed behind to accompany the boy.

Although he wanted very much to go home with his woman, it could not be helped that his son kept crying and complaining. Moreover, she also repeatedly requested for him to stay behind, so he was forced to do just that.

“Stay here and accompany our son. I’ll come back later.”

“…Mhm. Don’t worry too much; he’ll recall you soon.”

She tugged on her lips helplessly, replying sadly, “I hope so.”

Following Madam Ji’s departure, Pei Ge left the hospital with her two children.

Within the VIP room, only three remained.

The ignorant nurse saw the three in the ward and assumed that they were one family.

Of course, even if the doctors and nurses in the know saw this, they would still think that this was one family upon seeing how the child was calling the lady ‘mommy’ again and again.

“Daddy, don’t go looking for that bad woman anymore; just accompany me and mommy from now on!”
