Chapter 1396: You are a bad woman who wants to snatch away my daddy.

“Baby?”

Ji Chi’s actions shocked everyone in the room.

That was because everyone knew how unwilling he was to get close to Qu Jingwan before, yet right now, he was not just calling her ‘mommy’, he was even hugging her affectionately!

Everyone widened their eyes in shock, unable to believe this scene.

“Mommy, you’re not allowed to throw me away.”

The child hugged her tightly just like a koala.

His face showed that he was feeling wronged.

Seeing this, Pei Ge was filled with shock and… fury.

However, more than that, she was overflowing with sorrow.

Alas, she could do nothing about this presently. Knowing how guarded and repulsed the child was toward her, so all she could think of now was: Why does my son not remember me?

Why… did he only forget about me?

“Little brother, why are you calling another person ‘mommy’?”

Just as everyone was stunned in place, a cute and bright voice sounded in the ward.

Everyone regained their senses at this voice.

Two children appeared in the ward.

They had just been coaxed to sleep by Pei Ge previously, and when they did not see their mother upon waking up, they came back to their brother’s ward together.

In the end, when they entered, they actually found the boy clinging onto another woman and calling her ‘mommy’!

This was simply atrocious!

Hence, the little girl felt enraged at once.

She was even angrier when he did not remember them or their mommy.

The girl pulled An An by the hand and ran toward the boy with her short legs.

“She’s not your mommy! Hurry up and let go!”

Ji Chi merely snorted at her. Not only did he cling onto the lady tighter, he even hugged her.

“I won’t! This is my mommy.”

Ran Ran was even more furious upon hearing that.

“You’re not allowed to hug her! She’s not your mommy!”

The girl angrily reached out, wanting to separate him from the lady.

“Don’t touch me! Don’t touch me!”

“Then, you let go of her!”

“No, I won’t let go!”

“Let go!”

“No!”

…

Everyone finally recovered their senses when they saw how that the two children’s fight was worsening.

“You two, don’t fight and be good.”

Madam Ji, who was closest to them, was the first to recover. She hurriedly carried the girl away and gently consoled her granddaughter.

Who knew that, the moment she carried her up, the girl would lose it and would start wailing?

“Waaahh! Mommy, little brother doesn’t want us anymore! Wu wu wu…”

Her crying made Pei Ge’s heart shatter.

She could no longer bear it and walked over to the boy.

“Ping An, I’m your mommy. Properly think about it.”

She lifted her hand slightly, wanting to caress his fluffy head, but before she could touch him, the child shied away from her touch.

“You’re not my mommy! You’re a bad woman who’s out to steal my daddy!”
