While Lin Qiao and Teng were making guesses about the number of those creatures, a red figure flashed across the air and darted before her car like a shooting star.

After that, she carried Teng and moved toward a relatively tall hill, with the others following behind her. Soon, they found a few trees on the hill to hop on and looked ahead through the distance.

Their number wasn’t very large. Only thousands of them were seen, not even one in ten thousand as much as the rats that Lin Qiao had seen in the zoo area.

They all seemed panicked under the cat’s attack, running desperately in all directions. Only the enormous, level-seven one among them, which was about half the size as the cat, had been attempting to attack the cat.
