Mu Yuchen smiled as he put his glass down and made a gesture for Qi Lei to start eating. He then grabbed Xi Xiaye’s bowl and served her some soup.

Mu Yuchen was calm. He replied as he put the bowl of soup in front of Xi Xiaye, “Would you believe me if I said that you knew you were going to have to look for me sooner or later?”

Qi Lei nodded and laughed. “Of course, of course! That’s just the way you work. I’m sure you’ll just ignore me and stay away if I don’t come up and talk to you face-to-face.”
