“Yeah, you did.” Yan Shuyu nodded without understanding why he mentioned that. The boss didn’t say anything else. But she seemed to hear the sound of curtains being pulled open, and then the background was bright in the video chat. “It’s already 7 AM in Washington.”

Seeing the effort that she had put into faking it, Boss Zhou finally nodded. “More or less.”
