Although they had not seen one another for three years, there wasn’t a sense of distance between Su Wan and Shen Lin. Shen Lin smiled and put her hand on Su Wan’s shoulder. “Let’s go, I’ll bring you upstairs!”

Then, Shen Lin brought Su Wan upstairs. Room 1036 was on the 7th floor of Golden Sand Entertainment City. It was a luxurious medium private room which could fit a little more than fifty people. Shen Lin had booked the room several days ago.

With Shen Lin’s guidance, they arrived at Room 1036 very quickly. When they opened the door, conversations and discussions were going on at full steam and sound of laughter lingered in the air.

At one glance, a curly haired girl was surrounded in the middle like the moon surrounded by a myriad of stars. Most of the boys in the private room were standing beside her.

Su Wan was astonished and for a moment, she wasn’t able to recognize that the girl was Zhou Yun’er. She was Su Yurou’s little follower in the past and had not been eye-catching. Su Wan had not expected her to be in the limelight today.

Zhou Yun’er had deliberately dressed up today. She let her hair fall over her shoulders and put on exquisite make-up. Her figure was excellent.

She was wearing a bright yellow tight-fitting top and an extra short skirt. Her long, fair legs were eye-catching.

Zhou Yun’er saw a few boys backing off. She snorted and flicked the ruby necklace on her neck. She replied to the girl who asked her, “Cough, this is nothing.”

The girl sighed and with jealousy, she said, “You all have not seen Yurou’s big diamond ring! The diamond was so shiny it could blind your eyes. Our Senior Gu is the one who is thoughtful toward Yurou!”

Upon hearing news about Gu Zihang and Su Yurou, several people became nosy and started talking about old affairs during high school.

Of course, the mention of Su Wan was unavoidable.

At the mention of Su Wan, Zhou Yun’er interrupted smilingly and said, “Looking back, Su Wan was the most dazzling flower in our school. During that time, Senior Gu liked her a lot but unexpectedly, she was kicked away!”

Su Wan and Shen Lin were standing at the door but because of the dim lighting and with everyone seated in the room in a circle, nobody had noticed their arrival.

When everyone saw their once school goddess after three years, they sighed. Su Wan did not look haggard even though she was unlucky in love. She was wearing a simple white blouse and jeans, yet she still looked beautiful.

Very quickly, the boys started kicking up a fuss, “Class monitor, why didn’t you tell us you invited Su Wan? Su Wan, you too! Both of you should drink 3 glasses of alcohol as punishment!”

The boy who talked got the other boy’s response. Su Wan smiled calmly. She told everyone she couldn’t drink and sat down with Shen Lin at a place quite far away from Zhou Yun’er and the girls’ group.

When the others saw Su Wan’s calm and generous smile, as if she had not been affected by the earlier conversation, they began to relax and started to chat with one another. However, nobody mentioned Gu Zihang and Su Yurou again.

Three years had passed. Most of them were not school students anymore. Most had started working. Hence, their conversations were centered around work and love.

The state of mind of everyone here was different from when they were in school. They were not as pure. Even though they did not show or say, they would secretly compare with one another.

A few who had married early started to talk about parenting and everyone else felt time was like the flowing water under a bridge, once gone, it would never return.

During the gathering, quite a number of classmates, especially boys, tried to strike up a conversation with Su Wan. They were thinking that since Su Wan had lost Gu Zihang, their goddess might fall for one of them.

Su Wan chatted with the people surrounding her calmly but every time someone tried to probe into matters related to love, she would only briefly touch on the subject. A boy even asked her, “Goddess, what do you think of me?” Su Wan’s reply indicated her refusal. She said she would definitely not find a man within her friend circle. This broke many boys’ hearts.

Initially, Zhou Yun’er was chatting with the girls about make-up but when she saw that everyone’s attention had shifted to Su Wan, she couldn’t take it.

It was not easy to have a chance for herself to shine without Su Yurou’s presence but she had not expected everyone to abandon her and put Su Wan in the limelight when she appeared!

Sometimes, vanity was a sharp knife; the more Zhou Yun’er thought about it, the more she was not resigned to this. Zhou Yun’er was indignant. A sense of jealousy swept through her eyes. Finally, she took a glass of juice and walked towards Su Wan.

Zhou Yun’er covered up the jealousy in her and as she smiled, she bent her waist and said, “Hey, our class goddess is back. If you can’t drink alcohol, you could drink a glass of juice, couldn’t you?”

Zhou Yun’er was wearing a tight-fitting off-shoulder blouse. When she bent over, the roaring waves in front of her was a magnificent sight.

Everyone could sense her tricky gesture and were attracted by her. Some boys who sat a little distance away didn’t dare look directly but stole glances at Zhou Yun’er instead.

When Zhou Yun’er saw everyone’s attention back on her, she immediately blushed and smiled. She moved a little to make her cleavage more obvious.

Su Wan seemed to have not noticed Zhou Yun’er’s little tricks. She accepted the juice and took a sip before she put it down.
