Full of interest, Su Wan took another spoonful of spicy soup. The aroma which entered the nose instantly pleased the taste buds.

Just as Su Wan was ready to drink the soup, she realized that Jiang Xuecheng was watching her while the food sat in front of him untouched.

Su Wan looked up in surprise, “Xuecheng, don’t you want to eat? The beef rice noodles here is really delicious. Trust me!”

Jiang Xuecheng skimmed through the bowl of rice noodles. When he saw the surface covered with red oil, he looked gloomy.

After some internal struggle, he finally took up the chopstick reluctantly.

He took a piece of beef and removed the red oil by the edge of the porcelain bowl and then slowly sent it into his mouth.

Jiang Xuecheng smiled faintly and then gentlemanly passed a piece of tissue paper to Su Wan.

When she heard this, she poked a piece of beef with her chopstick and suddenly lost her appetite.

There was a sense of teasing in the bottom of Jiang Xuecheng’s eyes. “Don’t worry, eat all you can. I said I’ll still feed you even if you’re a hundred kilograms. I’ll keep my promise.”

The minute the man’s deep voice entered her ear, her eyes lit up. She had almost forgotten this promise of his!
