“Huh?” Sheng Yize frowned. He hadn’t indeed. The lines he spoke just then was what he remembered from the book he read last night.

“Ahem…” An Xiaxia was almost mortified. “Well, you do know that Jiye likes Lu Shang, right?”

“To the point,” Sheng Yize said succinctly.

An Xiaxia said hesitantly, “I forgot to tell you something.”

“?”

“There’s a love scene between the two…” It was two pages long in the book…

Sheng Yize’s face turned livid. “I’ll go talk to the director.”

“Huh? For what?”

“I quit!” Sheng Yize said between gritted teeth. An Xiaxia held his arm in a hurry to stop him. “I’ll change it! I will! I’ll ask Yin Qinghan to make it a scene between the two male protagonists…”

“Do you think the watchdog will let you air that?” Sheng Yize smirked.

An Xiaxia coughed. “It’s really subtle. Plus, nothing actually happened. One got drunk and the other was drugged with some aphrodisiac. They just flirted a little in the study…”
