An Xiaxia was baffled. “And where did you get all that information?”

That almost rendered Miya speechless. After a brief pause, she said, “I’m telling the truth! Go ask your husband if you don’t believe me!”

Miya clenched her fists when she recalled Sheng Yize’s attitude just then.

Tapping the table with his long fingers, Sheng Yize pushed the room card back at her. “I don’t think there’s any point in carrying on with this meeting. If my partner can’t even respect herself, how can I expect her to respect anyone else?”

Miya turned red, then blanched. Thanks to her ample experience in the business world, she was able to put the room card away with perfect nonchalance.

“If that’s the case, I don’t think I want to pursue this collaboration anymore.”

Miya shook with anger. She had never even given all her pursuers out there a second look, and this was the first time she had ever hit on a man. She had put herself in such a humble position, but this man had shown her no consideration whatsoever!

Miya was utterly defeated. She glared at An Xiaxia and said, “Your husband gave her his phone! Go check his floor! I bet he keeps some woman there!”
