She had initiated the kiss, but it looked like she was the victim.

The problem was that Lu Li didn’t do anything, apart from turning his head slightly. It looked like he turned his head by accident. From Lu Li’s expression, it was as if Water Fairy was bullying him.

“Kissing between boyfriend and girlfriend is normal,” Water Fairy said in a deliberately calm manner.

If her cheeks weren’t blushing, this sort of excuse might have more persuasive. Ultimately, it came down to the fact that this was the first time she had ever been so close to a guy.

Fortunately, this guy was Lu Li.

The Female Tycoon had originally grieved that she lost her first kiss, but she slowly became more light-hearted. If she had thought carefully, she unexpectedly wouldn’t feel any more regret.

In the last few years, boys and girls hugging and kissing in public areas was seen very commonly. Fairy was often indifferent to them – she even looked down on them as she rushed past them. She still felt that couples helping each other through thick and thin was overrated. If it was her, she would be too nauseated by it.

However, the feeling just then was like nothing she had felt before.

It was like a feather caressing the heart, like falling asleep in the clouds, like the whole world was detached from her.

It was a shame that it was too short. The Female Tycoon used her index finger to press down on her own lower lip, enjoying the feeling. She took light steps as she headed outside, away from the people.

Lu Li followed behind her, like a cat that had successfully stolen a little dried fish to eat.

As a famous poet once said, “If winter comes, can spring be far behind?”

Although Lu Li thought that this was a shallow observation, it was pretty damn correct. After a few more months, it would be spring.

The Ram Race could be done again and again, but the reward would be worse and worse. Today, there was probably no chance of receiving Skill Points, and what was more, there was a mistake in the rules. Even if an official fixed it up, it wouldn’t be done until tomorrow at the least.

Gaming was very important, but being with your girlfriend was also very important.

“Wanna have a drink?” Water Fairy asked. She had already recovered to her original state, as if the kiss just then didn’t happen. It was just that she didn’t want to look Lu Li right in the eyes. Her gaze naturally wandered off elsewhere.

“Didn’t you just have a drink? You’re still drinking more?” Lu Li said incredulously.

He shouldn’t have found an alcoholic girlfriend. He also didn’t know what it was really like to be drunk – whether he’d act crazy, or even violent. Even just thinking about it made him scared.

“You can really drink to get Skill Points. I’ve heard of people who just drink all the way,” Water Fairy said, still not giving up.

“Wouldn’t I know from letting Dreamy drink?”

Lu Li also wasn’t sure if he could drink to get Skill Points, but if even Remnant Dream couldn’t, then people like him and Water Fairy shouldn’t bother to try.

Water Fairy thought about Remnant Dream’s bitter face when she was drinking.

Some things still needed a professional to verify it.

“What do we do then?”

“This is Brewfest – it’s a festival to have fun. Let’s just go have fun with everyone,” Lu Li said, then took Water Fairy’s hand and led her into the group of people. They had already been immersed into the atmosphere of the festival.

Brewfest gave out Skill Points, but its original purpose was definitely only just for fun.

Apart from the Ram Race, which had a definite chance of getting Skill Points, there were other worthwhile quests and activities.

Water Fairy and Lu Li shuttled back and forth in the crowd, watching different performances and trying different types of delicious food.

When they got to the side where there was an activity for transporting sample casks, Water Fairy was immediately interested.

This activity was very simple. After joining in, when players were riding a ram, they would run to the entrance of Steel Stove Castle where there were 2 mountains of sample casks. The NPC responsible for looking after the sample casks would throw a cask over to the player, and after the player received it, they would drive the ram to the small town of Kharanos.

This activity used the players’ labour to supply alcohol for Brewfest. Fortunately, it wasn’t free labour. According to the circumstances, the quest would reward them with currency that could be exchanged for special tools. Unfortunately, this currency was bound to the person and couldn’t be traded.

In the Ram Race before, there was also this sort of reward. Both Lu Li and Water Fairy were the winners of the race and received 50 pieces of this Brewfest currency.

Apart from this, Water Fairy suggested they compete for who could bring the Sample Casks to the small town of Kharanos first. Whoever arrived first would be the victor, and whoever the victor was would take the upper hand.

To have such a girlfriend who loved competing was really tiring.

What more could Lu Li say?

Lu Li was the one who taught Water Fairy how to race the rams. It was only because she really took it to heart that she challenged him.

“Compete about what?” he coughed.

“See who gets there first,” Water Fairy said, implying that it was so obvious.

“I know, I mean like a prize. You can’t not set up like a reward or something. It would be too meaningless,” Lu Li said.

“Wow, so you think it’s meaningless to play with me. Humph, I don’t care then,” Water Fairy huffed in anger.

“Oh, don’t go away. I’m just saying, if there’s a prize, it’s more interesting,” Lu Li said, quickly pulling her back. When Water Fairy was angry, she was rather scary.

“So what prize should we have?” Water Fairy asked innocently. “How about a piece of Epic equipment?”

“Um, I don’t think we’re lacking in Epic equipment, and also, it’s too much of a material gain,” Lu Li said seriously. “How about we gamble with a kiss? If you lose, then you have to give me a kiss…”

“What if you lose then?” Water Fairy asked as gently as possible, trying to contain her excitement.

“Then…I’ll give you a kiss?” Lu Li said bravely, but this was met with angry opposition by his girlfriend.

After this, the two of them rented a ram. The ram for transporting alcohol was used for longer than the ram for the ram race, but it lacked speed and explosiveness. Also, the price was doubled.

Their stakes, in the end, weren’t like what Lu Li had suggested. This guy was getting lower and lower.

“I, 2…”

Water Fairy took the lead, driving in a rush towards the Sample Cask NPC.

“Um…why isn’t there a 3?” Lu Li was a bit dazed before he thought to chase after.

“I didn’t say we had to start on 3,” Water Fairy said in great satisfaction that she had the lead. She ran on ahead smugly, but her smile soon disappeared.

Lu Li was not like her, stopping to receive the Sample Cask thrown by the NPC. Rather, when he was still 8 or 10 yards away from the NPC, he controlled the ram so that it leapt up and turned around in the air. By the time he landed, the Sample Cask was already in his hands.

Because of this, Water Fairy was too far behind.
