The Good for Nothing Seventh Young Lady Chapter 421

And he dare call himself his brother!

“Are you not going to spill it?” Shen Yanxiao questioned stubbornly.

Tang Nazhi almost cried while sitting on a chair while clasping his head with both hands.

“I’ve had enough of you all; I’ll spill the beans alright.”

Shen Yanxiao glanced at Qi Xia, and Qi Xia raised his eyebrow. Both of them sat down.

Tang Nazhi looked up. Seeing Shen Yanxiao’s taut face, his heart lamented.

“This matter, in fact, had started seven days after you had left. Do you still remember the bet I had with Shangguan Xiao?”

Shen Yanxiao slightly frowned. She naturally remembered this matter.

“After you had left, I followed what you had said and did not go look for Shangguan Xiao to pursue the bet. On the seventh day after you left, that guy unexpectedly got impatient and found his way on our door, then I told him your words.”

“And then, what?” Shen Yanxiao asked.

Tang Nazhi hesitated for a moment, but in the end he still opened his mouth, “But that guy is also stubborn, and he actually wants to compete with you again. I told him that you were not here, and yet he was so rude and talked nonsense in the Pharmaceutical Branch, saying a lot of bad things about you.”

“Still want to compete with me?” Just where did Shangguan Xiao’s courage come from? Shen Yanxiao squinted her eyes.

“Yes, I did not intend to deal with him at all. But after a few days, a group of students from the Yeats Academy of Lan Yue Dynasty had came. Representing their academy, they wanted to compare notes with the Pharmaceutical Branch of our Holy Roland School. One of the students over there appeared to be acquainted with Shangguan Xiao. That guy proposed to send three pharmacists from Yeats Academy and Holy Roland School each into a friendly match. And he seemed to have heard your story from Shangguan Xiao, so he named you in a challenge, but then again, you were not in the school that time.”

“That guy’s mouth was poisonous. He said a lot of rude words in the presence of all the students of Pharmaceutical Branch; he said that you did not dare accept the challenge and went on hiding… And then, at the time of the friendly match, that narrow-minded Pu Lisi went as far as to announce your name. Then if you didn’t show up, you would be charged with bringing disgrace to Holy Roland School and would be forced to dropout of school. I am afraid that the old thing was really palying dirty against you, so I went in your stead.”Tang Nazhi’s voice turned softer and softer.

Although Tang Nazhi felt that he still said it quite unclearly, Shen Yanxiao understood it very well. That was, the student from the Yeats Academy and Shangguan Xiao had teamed up together to deal with her. On top of that, Pu Lisi, that old Master Pharmacist whom she had never shown respect to, added fuel to the fire. The three people were trying to get her out of the Pharmaceutical Branch while she was away from school.

In order to ensure that she would not be forced to drop out, Tang Nazhi took her place and participated in the match.

With Tang Nazhi’s attainments in pharmaceutics, Shen Yanxiao could imagine how tragic was the outcome was.

“Even if you replaced me to participate in the competition, you don’t have to drop out when you lost, ah!” Shen Yanxiao said with a frown.

Tang Nazhi bit his teeth and shut his mouth tightly, not uttering a single word.

Qi Xia took a quick glance at Tang Nazhi and said faintly, “You might not know, but Pu Lisi is now the honorary head of the Pharmaceutical Branch.”

“What?” Shen Yanxiao was stunned. Pu Lisi, as a Master Pharmacist, actually ran to become a branch head in Holy Roland School?

“Nazhi losing the game is not the crucial point. The crucial point is that Pu Lisi came up with Nazhi’s results after his admission to school, and then questioned that Nazhi is not suitable to be a pharmacist. He had suspected that his previous potions were actually your doing, so he showed a potion formula for Nazhi to concoct on the spot.”Qi Xia’s voice had a hint of coldness.

SNEAK PEEK FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER

Though Tang Nazhi’s talent in Pharmaceutics wasn’t high, it wasn’t beyond hopeless. Previously, every time Tang Nazhi would do his homework, though Shen Yanxiao was indeed at the side guiding him, each bottle he made was personally concocted by Tang Nazhi himself.

As long as Tang Nazhi is given a period of time to study and someone would guide him at the side, then he can prepare and concoct a potion.

But Tang Nazhi wasn’t like Shen Yanxiao. He couldn’t prepare and concoct an unknown potion just by looking at another’s demonstration.

Pu Lisi’s test method had obviously been deliberately made difficult for Tang Nazhi. Don’t even mention about Tang Nazhi, in the entire first year purple class, besides Shen Yanxiao, who could even complete his test!

Shen Yanxiao: Those who dare to harm my people would suffer at my hands!

Shen Yanxiao: They better prepare themselves because I, Shen Yanxiao will make sure they’ll live worse than death!
