The Good for Nothing Seventh Young Lady Chapter 344

Chapter 344 – Mercenary Corps’ Temporary Member (1)

After careful considerations, Shen Yanxiao couldn’t find any reason to reject the invitation.

“Alright, when are you leaving?” The harvest from this trip to the Phoenix’s nest would definitely take some time. She was afraid that she must think first of a reason to take a leave in the Holy Roland School’s two branches.

With Shen Yanxiao’s current strength, the things that she could learned in the first grade of the Archer Branch and Pharmaceutical Branch was already very limited. It wouldn’t be a big deal if she take an absence for a few days, after all, compared to a few days of time, the Inflammation Grass was more important.

The sooner she gathered the three plants together, the sooner Xiu’s strength would be restored, then he could help her unlock the seal faster.

Du Lang laughed and said, “We will be departing from Black City after five days.”

Shen Yanxiao nodded her head and agreed with the time Du Lang gave her, she left the Mercenary Trade Union afterwards.

It wasn’t until Shen Yanxiao’s figure had disappeared that the young man who was stunned in place had recovered.

“Leader, why did you invite that kid to take part in this task? What can a kid of his size do?” The young man was very gloomy. The members of the Cave Wolves Mercenary Corps were all elites, that thirteen-years-old little brat couldn’t be even compared to any of their fingers. Du Lang actually wanted to bring this kid in this task, and also find someone to protect his safety? This was simply inconceivable.

The task was to deal with the legendary Phoenix, and thousands of people needed to participate in the entire task, it was very clear how difficult this task was. But the leader incredibly wanted to drag a burden with them, what exactly was the meaning of this?

Du Lang glanced at the depressed young man and lightly said, “I do have my own reasons, you will know when the time comes. Now come with me and let’s discuss this mission with our fellow brothers.”

Although the young man was full of doubts, no one from the Cave Wolves Mercenary Corps dared to question Du Lang’s words, so he could only mutter a few words before he no longer asked again.

After leaving the Mercenary Trade Union, Shen Yanxiao immediately departed from Black City and took advantage of the night to return to the casino. She handed the items she had acquired to Qi Xia, and told him the time span of these three items.

Qi Xia and Shen Yanxiao discussed a bit. Since there were still two days, then they didn’t have to rush at the moment. They just decided to do some preparations that night and scheduled to sneak into Holy Roland School’s Pharmaceutical Storehouse tomorrow night.

The next night, two wretched figures quietly went to the courtyard where the storehouse was located.

The other three people wanted to follow but was rejected by Shen Yanxiao.

With Qi Xia, it was already very troublesome. After all, there were many guards stationed in the Pharmaceutical Storehouse. If she went alone, there were naturally ways to avoid all eyes and ears, but adding Qi Xia, she need to be more careful. If those three beasts were also to be added, she was afraid they would be found at once upon arriving at the Pharmaceutical Storehouse’s entrance.

Shen Yanxiao had a moonlight necklace hidden in her body and the guards naturally couldn’t find her existence, while Qi Xia was a Magician and there were ways for him to hide his breath.

The two people collaborated together smoothly. In the ten minutes interval when the guards changed shifts to guard, Qi Xia had quickly unlock the nine-arc magic array at the door. Shen Yanxiao then immediately went inside to take away the most precious herbs in the shortest possible time.

Shen Yanxiao was very cautious in doing things, taking only two or three strains of each kind of medicinal herbs. As for those rare kinds of medicinal herbs which only had one stock, she could only reluctantly give them up.
