The Good for Nothing Seventh Young Lady Chapter 280

Chapter 280 – A Master Pharmacist’s Challenge (3)

A new freshman pharmacist student should not talk back while a Master Pharmacist was in the process of making potion.

Ye Qing didn’t say anything. He just stared at the little guy, and there was a hint of smile on his face.

“Master Pu Lisi, I observed the process and saw an issue with it. Instead of pretending to be stupid, I simply pointed it out for you, is that not the correct thing to do?” Shen Yanxiao laughed. In what way was he a Master Pharmacist? If you weren’t capable of using different ways to obtain the same result, how could you be called a real master?

And what she said just now wasn’t baseless at all, but had already been tested.

The medicinal herbs that was placed on Pu Lisi’s table were all the materials to make a Blood Feast Potion. Previously, Shen Yanxiao had asked Qi Xia and the others to help her obtain all the herbs. And it just so happened that among the medicinal herbs that had already been collected, there were these three kinds of herbs she’d just mentioned.

To help Yun Qi concoct the Blood Feast Potion, she had also tried to take those herbs to do some experiment. She was very clear about the problems that Pu Lisi had encountered, because the order in which Pu Lisi put in the medicinal ingredients was completely according to the formula of the Blood Feast Potion. Although the formula was complete, the process of the concoction wasn’t a constant one.

She had tried to combined the three kinds of medicinal herbs together, and there was no problems at all.

Pu Lisi not only rejected her suggestion, but he instead reprimanded her for her rudeness just to maintain his status. Shen Yanxiao simply wanted to laugh in his face.

“There was a problem? Do you even know the potion that I’m making to be able to differentiate the problems?!” Pu Lisi didn’t expect that Shen Yanxiao would still dare to talk back, causing him to immediately flare up again.

“No matter what potion you wanted to make, on your table lies a refined Huan Yun Flower. Hence, it’s clear that the potion you are trying to concoct has a Huan Yun Flower as an ingredient.” Shen Yanxiao had discovered earlier on that Pu Lisi might be concocting the Blood Feast Potion. Although there were only a dozen kinds of medicinal herbs on the table, each one of them was a material needed for Blood Feast Potion.

“So what!? What does a little devil like you know to be able to argue and reason against me? If you have the ability then try it yourself, I’d like to see you, little bastard, who doesn’t know the the immensity of heaven and earth[1], solved the repulsive effects of Hou Core Grass and Ice Rest Flower!”

This student called Shen Jue, where did he get the courage to dare and fight against him!

Pu Lisi’s words shocked all the people present unceasingly. Although they didn’t know what kind of potion Pu Lisi was concocting, since a Master Pharmacist like himself could do it alone, the least it could be was a high level potion. And now, Pu Lisi had incredibly asked a new freshman student to take over the task of making this highly difficult potion. This was just unbelievable.

Lou De was dumbfounded. He never dreamed that things would turned out this way.

Shangguan Xiao smiled. He had been by Pu Lisi’s side all this time and although he had no idea what potion Pu Lisi had been studying, he was sure that the kind of potion that could give Pu Lisi headaches was definitely a master level.

Master level potion, let a freshman takeover?

Nevermind concocting a complete potion, he was afraid that just balancing the quantity of the two herbs was enough to make Shen Yanxiao helpless.

Ye Qing also frowned. He was surprised that Pu Lisi would say such words. Pu Lisi’s temper had always been bad, but this time, he was obviously angered by the student.

In the time that Ye Qing was hesitating to say a few words to make them reconcile, Shen Yanxiao who had been challenged by Pu Lisi suddenly step forward, slightly raised her chin and said in a clear voice:

“I’ll give it a try.”
