The Good for Nothing Seventh Young Lady Chapter 252

Chapter 252 – Pharmacy Master (2)

Yun Qi sighed. To reach the Pharmacy Master level was difficult to achieve. He didn’t believe that Shen Yanxiao could reach that level with her ability. Even the current Pharmacy Masters had painstakingly and dedicatedly studied pharmaceutical their whole life, and only reached the peak after decades of hard work. In addition to that, Shen Yanxiao wasn’t just studying pharmaceutical, she was also cultivating to become a great Warlock. How could she be compared to those who were solely learning pharmaceutical  to death?

Even with these odds, just the child’s intention to help him had touched Yun Qi’s heart.

His student, in the end, truly cares for him, ah.

Yun Qi handed the Blood Feast Potion formula to Shen Yanxiao. Shen Yanxiao took a deep breath once she saw the hundreds of medicinal herbs needed for the potion.

Primary level potions generally only needed seven or eight kinds of medicinal herbs and the intermediate level potions required up to 10 or a few more kinds of medicinal herbs. However, even the high level potions required no more than 40 kinds of herbs. And yet, this formula contained hundreds of various medicinal herbs.

Each medicinal herb have their own characteristics. To configure several kinds of medicinal herbs together, one needed to not only accurately grasp the weight of each herb, but also have strong spiritual power to make sure that the medicinal herbs wouldn’t conflict with each other.

Successfully putting more than 100 different kinds of medicinal herbs in harmony, was definitely not something an ordinary person could do.

No wonder Yun Qi said that to concoct the Blood Feast potion, one must at least achieve the level of Pharmacy Master. Simply the quantity of the medicinal herbs on the formula would leave a person shocked, unceasingly.

“I will certainly try.” Shen Yanxiao took a deep breath. No matter how difficult the configuration of the Blood Feast Potion, she would still do it. No matter how many times it would take!

She was absolutely unwilling to let her master be under others’s control!

Yun Qi smiled with satisfaction. He couldn’t ask for anything else. Shen Yanxiao’s kind heart was enough to satisfy him.

Since everything seemed to be resolved, Yun Qi naturally proceeded to teach Shen Yanxiao.

After a period of learning, Shen Yanxiao’s magic greatly improved. Her ability to control the flow of magic also had significant growth.

Yun Qi’s heart felt very pleased and he dedicated more of his time in teaching Shen Yanxiao.

Until noon, Shen Yanxiao bid her farewell to Yun Qi and left the Warlock Branch.

She took advantage of the time when the others were still eating their meal and directly slipped back to the pharmacist’s dormitory. There, she carefully studied the Blood Feast formula.

Out of the more than hundred kinds of medicinal herbs, even she could only recognize about 100 of them. As for the other thirty herbs, she hadn’t even heard of them before.

Although the road to becoming a Pharmacy Master was still a long ways off, having collected medicinal herbs would help her in more ways than one.

She looked at the formula carefully. Out of the 100 herbs she recognized, there were probably 70 medicinal herbs that could be bought. The other 30 herbs were considered precious and were difficult to buy, even if you have a lot of money. As for the remaining 30 kinds that she hadn’t heard before, she could only find out their origins and special effects first.

Soon, Shen Yanxiao made a plan. She had a lot of gold coins and  would need to ask the Qilin Auction House to help her collect the 70 “ordinary” medicinal herbs. As for those extremely precious medicinal herbs, she would think of other ways to get them in her hands.

Since she had already laid her cards on the table to Qi Xia, she didn’t have any qualms in asking the Qilin Auction House to help her. Otherwise, by herself, even just obtaining 35 kinds of herbs would be a daunting task.
