The Good for Nothing Seventh Young Lady Chapter 2321 – Convention (Chapter 3)

Chapter 2321: Convention (3)

There were so many alchemists. If everyone wanted to participate in the competition, it was likely that it

would take ten days to half a month before the convention ended. Therefore, the competition was

arranged in such a way that only elite alchemists could compete. Each guild would select ten of their best

alchemists to enter.

Of course, the presidents of the major Alchemist Guilds would lead the team, and the remaining nine

players would be chosen by these presidents.

Before the game started, the whole square was already buzzing.

Before the ocial competition, the rst day was for these alchemists, who came to the capital city, to

showcase their alchemy products to each other and learn from one another.

Rows of simple wooden tables were placed in the square. Many alchemists could not wait to put their

things in the corresponding spot, and to then wander around the scene.

The largest number of humanoid machines appeared in the whole square. There were all kinds of

humanoid machines ranging from three stars to ve stars. None of them was lower than three stars. The

alchemists who failed to make more than three-star humanoid machines were simply too embarrassed to

bring and showcase their machine.

In addition to a large number of ve-star humanoid machines, there were a small number of six-star

humanoid machines in the venue. These six-star humanoid machines immediately became the focus of

attention. A large number of alchemists gathered around them, looking at the perfect work with

amazement and admiration.

Shen Yanxiao sat in the stands and her eyes fell on the back of a certain dwarf in the square.

Gege Lu stood listlessly in the square; he was telling something to the members of the Puko’s Alchemist

Guild. The convention that had originally lled him with expectations could not arouse in him too much

excitement at the moment.

Little Xiao’s sudden departure made Gege Lu a little at a loss.

Although her stay in the Puko’s Alchemist Guild wasn’t long, her arrival solved most of the diculties of

the guild. Without her nancial support, the Puko’s Alchemist Guild would not have been able to produce

such good things for this convention. After all, in the face of economic shortage, the supply of rare metals

would also be cut o. Without rare metals, alchemists would nd it dicult to challenge advanced

alchemy products. There were also the precious metal rods Shen Yanxiao gave Gege Lu.

But just as the Alchemist Guild’s nances had improved, little Xiao quietly left without saying a word to

anyone in the guild. She disappeared, just like that.

This hit Gege Lu hard. He wanted to take advantage of the improvement of the Alchemist Guild to return

her money, but there was now no chance to do so.

In order to nd this dwarf, Gege Lu had not had a good rest these days; he had been running around the

capital city. In the end, his search was fruitless.

After all, Gege Lu had never seen little Xiao’s face, and the only thing they knew was her name, Momo

Xiao.

Feeling a sense of loss, Gege Lu had a hard time mustering any excitement at the convention.

He felt that he owed this dwarf a lot. What made him even more troubled was that he had no chance to

ll the debt.
