The Good for Nothing Seventh Young Lady Chapter 1870 – Dragon Cemetery (Chapter 2)

Chapter 1870 – Dragon Cemetery (2)

Twelve days later, they finally arrived at the Dragon Cemetery, which was surrounded by mountains. Such a huge groove deep in the bottom of the mountain was almost impossible to find without someone leading the way.

The Dragon Cemetery had formed a natural groove in the mountains, surrounded by dense mountains and forests, almost covering the whole cemetery. The sunlight could not penetrate the dense branches and leaves, hence darkness covered the whole place. Even if one were to look from a high altitude, they still would not find its existence.

“Your Highness.” Sal, outside the carriage, spoke.

Shen Yanxiao, disguised as Ye Dou with the help of an appearance-changing potion, got off the carriage after Mingye.

“Your Highness, please feel free to take a look around. We will go and prepare the resurrection array first,” Sal said.

The goal of the undead was to resurrect all the dragons in the whole Dragon Cemetery. Over the years, the dragon corpses had been covered by thick soil, and numerous fallen leaves had accumulated above these bones, making this place look extremely desolate. Not a single bone of any dragon could even be seen. If they wanted to resurrect all the dragon skeletons buried beneath the soil and leaves, digging out all the skeletons one-by-one was impossible.

Therefore, the undead would be using a special method for such a large-scale resurrection.

That was the resurrection array.

The higher undead would personally draw each part of the array on the edge of the whole area until the entire pattern of the array was finished. The array would cover the whole Dragon Cemetery. Then, Mingye only needed to stand at the edge of the array and activate it, completing the resurrection.

Sal took each high undead to all parts of the Dragon Cemetery, taking the time to complete the resurrection array.

The group of royal relatives also wanted to get a little benefit by flattering Mingye, but under Shen Yanxiao’s curse, Mingye intended to control the whole Dragon Cemetery with his own hands.

The Dragon Cemetery was too large for the undead to complete drawing the whole array in a short time. The intermediate and low undead set up tents in the open space of the Dragon Cemetery, where they waited.

The things the undead used to draw the resurrection array were very evil. It was done using bone powder and blood, which were drawn from ten captured dragons. The dragons that had been drained of blood had been resurrected into bone dragons and, after their resurrection, their bones were crushed into powder.

The whole Dragon Cemetery was filled with a disgusting stench, which was intertwined with the smell of blood. It was simply unbearable.

Shen Yanxiao sat in Mingye’s tent, looking through the window at the high undead who were immersed in drawing the array.

If the plan of the undead succeeded, God knew how many bone dragons would be resurrected in this Dragon Cemetery. Furthermore, the lowest ones of them were the four-winged red dragons. In the past ten thousand years, just how many high-level dragons had fallen and rested here? It was feared that the resurrected dead would be more numerous than all the high-level dragons in the present Hidden Dragon Continent.

“You’ll have to work harder.” Shen Yanxiao’s lips hooked up into a grin. No matter how much effort the undead spent to resurrect the dragons here, she would eventually have Mingye destroy their fantasies.

It took seven days to draw the entire resurrection array. During these seven days, all the high undead of the Hidden Dragon Continent worked day and night. Finally, in the morning of the seventh day, the huge array covering the whole Dragon Cemetery was completed.

Shen Yanxiao looked at the unusually dark red array from afar. It was huge and gloomy, and she seemed to be able to hear the cries of the souls of the dragons under the array.
