The CEO's Villainess Childhood Friend Chapter 95 – Charity (Chapter 3)

Chapter 95: Charity (3)

Qiao Moyu looked at the flattened piece of ball before her and asked Luo Luo, “Did Baobei use the dough to make eggs?”

Luo Luo shook his head and earnestly replied: “No, Luo Luo made it like mom!”

For a few seconds, Qiao Moyu glanced down at the dough that looked like a fallen piece of egg before praising: “Wow, Luo Luo is so smart. You did such a good job!”

The little boy looked down in embarrassment. He took a smaller looking egg shaped dough and put it next to Qiao Moyu’s, saying: “This is Luo Luo!”

As she stared at the big and small eggs on the baking tray, Qiao Moyu’s heart inadvertently softened. She turned to the boy and kissed his cheek. “Mom will always be there to watch Baobei grow up!”

Upon hearing this, Luo Luo’s little eyes lit up for a time. His little hands held Qiao Moyu’s face closer and he leaned over to plant a kiss.

……

‘I’m Not Just an Actor’ is recording its first episode in a beautiful southern town.

On that day, Qiao Moyu along with the rest of the guests who had been officially announced were among the first to arrive at the southern part of the city. As for the mystery guests, it’s been said that they will make their appearance at night for the filming.

By the time the guests got off the plane, it was already noon. After leaving the airport, they took a bus and traveled for another four hours before arriving on set in a place called ‘Nanjia Village.’

Nanjia Village was located in Nancheng County. This little town only had a very small guest house.

By the time they arrived at the guest house, the director began to distribute their lodgings. Each crew and cast member had their own room, almost filling up the small hostel.

Xing Wanshuang had always been a rich young lady. Since when had she ever stayed in a place as simple and crude as this? When she entered her room, she had the urge to frown.

However, since there was a video camera behind her, she didn’t show it on the surface. Xing Wanshuang held it in as she put down all of her luggage, then followed the rest of the group towards the main hall.

Previously, the filming team mentioned that the theme for this episode was focused on charity, but it wasn’t mentioned in what way.

At this moment, the cameraman switched the recording to live. Only then did the director announce: “Everyone, we will be splitting the guests into groups of two. There will be a total of three groups, with two guests in each group. Everyone must move together as a group and will compete as teams…

Once the teams are decided, the guests will head out to search for anything useful for your group. You will gather useful materials and participate at a market over at Nancheng county in two days time. There, you will exchange your goods for cash at the market and whatever you earn will be donated to a local orphanage in the mountains. So the goal of this competition is that whichever team gathers the most donations from their exchanges wins!

Tonight, two mystery guests will also make their appearance. They will be there to assist the three teams. In two days, the two winning groups can select among two male guests who will assist them in the next round.

Therefore, everyone must work hard to collect and to sell the most. Otherwise, if you lose one person’s support in the next round, you might lose the entire competition for the show!

Of course, whatever you gather must be public property and not be subject to any dispute of ownership. For example, the wild flowers on the mountains, the pebbles in the river, and so on…”

After announcing this, the director’s gaze swept across everyone in the room: “Alright, I’ll begin drawing the lots!”

Soon, the group list was filled up. Qiao Moyu’s partner was Qin Qianqian, Xing Wanshuang’s was Zhou Yunchuan, while Qiao Ruohuan partnered up with Wang Kun Ming, the remaining male guest.

“Alright, everyone can get going now!” As soon as the director announced the start of the filming, the three camera teams started their work and began keeping track of the three different teams.

The corner of Xing Wanshuang’s mouth curved up into a smile as she glanced at the actor next to her. She and Qiao Ruohuan both had male guests, but this Qin Qianqian ended up being paired with Qiao Moyu.

Xing Wanshuang greeted Qiao Ruohuan: “Big Sister Ruohuan, our two teams can go together!”
