The CEO's Villainess Childhood Friend Chapter 209 – Retiring From the Entertainment Circle (Chapter 3)

Ch.209 Retiring From the Entertainment Circle (3)

When Ye Peicheng and Ye Peiqing came out of the meeting room, Ye Peiqing sneered, “Second brother, I’m looking forward to your performance. Please don’t disappoint us!”

That night, Ye Peicheng sent a sentence on Weibo and in just an hour, the people on Weibo was paralyzed.

Ye Peicheng: “Thank you everyone for accompanying me for so many years. I really like this sentence: Enduring company is the most time-tested confession of love. I am very touched that you guys have been with me and supported me all this time. However, I’m very sorry and I feel very regretful to say goodbye to everyone today! I want to leave the entertainment circle that had carried my dreams for many years. In the future, I will be returning to my family business, and help carry the burden along with my father and older brother. I will no longer be a public figure anymore. Finally, let me say thank you again! Bows”

Because there weren’t any news about Ye Peicheng retiring from the entertainment circle, his Weibo exploded when he posted this.

Everyone doubted if the news was real and Ye Peicheng’s agent, Zhang Zetu’s phone blew up.

However, in the end, everyone received the news that it was certain that Ye Peicheng was retiring from the entertainment circle and that he will not return in the future!

The Weibo server didn’t recover until the early morning of the next day. All of Ye Peicheng’s fans were crying.

“Husband, you don’t want us anymore? Why are you suddenly leaving? I can’t accept it!”

“You have always been my Mr. Perfect. Where can we see you again if you leave the entertainment circle?”

“Husband don’t go, I beg you! I’m so heartbroken!”

Many other celebrities forwarded: “Peicheng, this news was so sudden that my first reaction was to think that your Weibo account was hacked. Only now did I realize that you are really leaving the entertainment circle. But no matter what, I wish you all the best with your choice. I hope that your future will be smooth sailing and may all your wishes come true!”

Under the numerous comments, there was a comment that was covered by all the other comments. However, the person who commented this had forwarded it on his Weibo and suddenly the comment reached the top of all other comments——

“I am a die-hard fan of the Chen Yu CP. Brother Ye, even if you leave the entertainment circle, you will still be a CP with Little Moyu, right? Can we still see you in Little Moyu’s Weibo?”

Because this comment had suddenly became the top comment, many fans turned to Qiao Moyu’s Weibo.

“Moyu, we can only come to you now! Although we weren’t Chen Yu CP fans before, but now we are! When my Mr. Perfect leaves the entertainment circle, can you send us some news about him? We really want to know if he’s doing well!”

“Moyu, the two of you showed so much love in the show, so I believe that you guys contact each other in private, right? Then can we come to you and beg for Brother Peicheng’s pictures?”

“I believe that if I forward Sister Moyu’s Weibo, I would be able to see my husband!”

“I also want to forward!”

……

As a result on the same day, the hashtags: #Ye Peicheng retiring from the entertainment circle, #Ye Peicheng inheriting his family business, #Ye Peicheng’s films, #Ye Peicheng’s award-wining films, #Ye Peicheng-Qiao Moyu, and  #Chen Yu CP all became the top ten searches.

When Qiao Moyu woke up on the second day and opened her Weibo, she found that on her last Weibo, all the fans wanted to see her boyfriend.

Was she jealous? She thought about it and she wasn’t. Instead, she found this to be quite fun.

When she looked up, she saw Ye Peicheng walked in wearing a suit.

He rarely dressed like this. In the morning sun, his delicate appearance appeared more dazzling, it was impossible for people to take their eyes off him.

Qiao Moyu pouted, “Your fans are all coming to me now and asking me to send them a photo of you. Should I take a photo of you right now?”

Ye Peicheng laughed and leaned over to kiss Qiao Moyu’s lips. “As long as my wife is happy, you can do anything you want!”
