Hunter Clan was killed twice by Blood Alliance and Five Venoms’ scheme. Not only had they successfully stimulated Happy’s most frenzied killing intent and fiercest counterattack, it also allowed Happy to realize the damage brought by Wave-like Subtle Steps and Great Demonic World Destruction Art.

Of course, the set of fourth-echelon demon vessels from Wild Wolves also contributed. If he did not have this set of equipment, it would have been impossible for him to destroy Sky Demon Branch so smoothly and get all of its resources.

However, Happy did not intend for things to end like this!

Sky Demon Branch’s destruction only managed to punish Class One Hall.

Blood Alliance was still safe.

Happy naturally did not want Blood Robes to be situated outside this matter.

After Happy left Sky Demon Branch, he rode nonstop and vanished from everyone’s sights to head to a city dozens of miles away.

However, what caught Happy by surprise was that soon after he left Sky Demon Branch, he received a messenger pigeon from Wandering Know-it-all.

The latter congratulated Happy successfully destroying Sky Demon Branch. Then, he said something that caused Happy to be incredibly surprised.

[Happy, your goal this trip should be Baokang County Town, right?]

Happy replied in great astonishment, [How did you know? I’m currently dozens of miles away from Baokang County. How did you manage to guess?]

If it were anyone else, perhaps Happy would still try to conceal his location and try to probe for information. However, Happy had straightaway admitted the fact that he did indeed intend to head to Baokang.

Wandering Know-it-all replied, [I think there are quite a few people who managed to guess this, aside from me. You took revenge on one of the most important branches from Class One Hall this time, and you brought a great loss to Class One Hall. However, you definitely won’t be satisfied by taking revenge on Class One Hall alone. And your revenge on Blood Alliance, which is controlled by Blood Robes, will definitely not be anything less. It’ll only be fiercer.

[I made some calculations, there is only one place where Blood Alliance is near Sky Demon Branch and has a status that can compete against Sky Demon Branch. That’s Baokang County Town!

[Due to the unique resources from Fire Qilin, it allowed Sky Demon Branch to be able to be worth a few normal resource points. In fact, it can even be worthy of ten resource points!

[There are only a handful of places which can compete against Sky Demon Branch, and one of them is Baokang County Town, which has multiple resource points, along with Shennongjia, which has an abundant of resources. When you gather all of them together, then, it means that the resources in Baokang County Town’s storage can only be much higher than Sky Demon Branch!]

Wandering Know-it-all’s letter was written with firm and confident strokes.

Happy was stunned silent before he replied sincerely, [You’re amazing!]

Wandering Know-it-all had indeed made a right guess. His goal this time was to snatch the resources that Blood Alliance had gathered together in their branch in Baokang County Town.

There were plenty of players who only practiced their occupations in Baokang.

Blood Alliance had gathered together nearly ten thousand players focusing only on occupations to amass their wealth. The branch could get quite a large sum of resources every day. Over the past year, they had long since formed quite a large scale of resources. The resources they had were not to be underestimated.

[I’m the one admiring you. Over the past five years since the game was launched, no one has dared to act as such a huge stumbling block to Class One Hall alone! You even dealt such a huge blow to Class One Hall! And you even dare to attack Blood Alliance at the same time? In all honesty, you’re the first person in the Chinese server who dares do that.]

Wandering Know-it-all stopped sending messages for a while, as if he was filled with a great wave of sentiment.

[Originally, I shouldn’t try to stop you or say anything when you exact revenge on Blood Alliance and Class One Hall, because they’ve been contacting Wild Wolves. But this time, after you destroyed Sky Demon Branch, Wild Wolves will definitely have noticed your strength, and they will definitely be paying close attention to you. If you continue attacking Blood Alliance and Class One Hall and display more of your strength, it will not be good for your future development. I hope that you understand this.]

Happy wrote nothing in reply. When he read Wandering Know-it-all’s sincere reminder, Happy thought about this quietly for a while. [You want to persuade me to stop?]

[I’m not trying to persuade you to stop, but I hope that you can slow down on your act of taking revenge for now.]

[Why?]

[Because I, too, want to deal a blow to Class One Hall and Blood Alliance, but there’s an even more important enemy behind their backs, and I have to think a little more. Right now, the people in Wild Wolves are very mysterious to us outsiders. But I believe that once you don’t display more astonishing feats, our enemies will think they know about the limits of your strength.]

[Are you saying that you want me to remain mysterious for now?] Happy replied very quickly.

Wandering Know-it-all said, [That’s right. The more you hide your strength, the less easy that makes for your enemies to defeat you. I think that you have the potential to become the second One Emperor and turn into another legend in the Chinese server.]

[You praise me too much.]

[I’m not praising you too much. This is a real feeling I have. At the very least, right now, One Emperor might not be able to kill thousands of elites as easily as you did. You’re similar to One Emperor, but the paths you take are completely different.

[One Emperor is a lone mountain that people fear and respect when they see him. He’s positioned at a very high position, so much so that he can pierce the heavens if he wants. But you give others the feeling that you’re a sword that has been sharpened. However, the enemy that you face is as unfathomable as an ocean.]

[…You’re talking about Evil Emperor?]

[Great Dao Heart Demonic Seed Art is a supreme classic from the evil cult. One Emperor once told me that even if he understood the twelfth and thirteenth slash, he still did not have complete confidence that he could defeat Evil Emperor.]

Happy’s expression changed slightly. He wrote nothing in return.

[With your strength, it’s only a matter of time before you seriously decide to attack Blood Alliance and Class One Hall, but if you give Wild Wolves enough time to understand you and once they work together, you might not be able to take revenge as smoothly as you want to.]

Happy thought about this carefully and found that there was a reason behind Wandering Know-it-all’s worries.

Today, since Wild Wolves could use the Killer Star effect to hide in the Chinese server for a month and not allow Wandering Know-it-all to notice them, then in the future, Evil Emperor himself could absolutely appear in the Chinese server without a single sign. He could even appear in front of Happy himself.

By the looks of it, he had indeed been a little too flashy over the past period of time.

Wandering Know-it-all seemed to have noticed that Happy’s thoughts seemed to be changing through Happy’s silence. His letter arrived once more.

[Right now, I’m concealing you, and you can avoid Class One Hall and Blood Alliance, but you might not be able to hide from the Prophet. If you continue to act as aggressively and conspicuously as you are acting right now, Wild Wolves will definitely pay great attention to your actions and dig out your full strength bit by bit. But now, if you start laying low and maintain a mysterious air, perhaps your situation will change. Consider this a friendly reminder from your ally.]

Wandering Know-it-all’s words could actually be considered rather cautious and tentative. He was also rather tactful in his words, because he had not been in contact with Happy for long.

However, what shocked him was that Happy would actually listen to his suggestion surprisingly easily.

[I know what I should do now.]

Happy turned around resolutely and moved away from his path to Baokang County Town to head to Beijing.

[I’m happy to hear you say that. Next time, if you need any help, you can contact me at any time. That includes contacting me if you run into any trouble during your quests. I might be able to help you during those times.]

[Can I ask a question?]

[What is it?]

[Where is One Emperor right now?]

Wandering Know-it-all only replied after remaining silent for a while, [World of Martial Arts states that he has decided to enter seclusion after he lost, but in reality, he is currently focusing on understanding his final two slashes. Also, he is one of my allies. As for his location… I once promised him…]

Happy sighed in relief and replied, [I know. I’m relieved now that you’ve admitted he’s still in World of Martial Arts. In truth, one and a half years ago, I was making preparations to challenge him. It’s a pity that in the end, I never had the chance to meet you. In the future, when he understands all attacks from Fatal Thirteen Swords, I will definitely look for a chance to witness One Emperor’s sword technique!]

After a long while, Wandering Know-it-all stated after becoming emotional with Happy’s statement, [I believe that by then, he will definitely want to fight against you as well.]

[I hope so.]

*****

Once he ended his conversation with Wandering Know-it-all, Happy naturally did not move to Baokang County Town, which was heavily guarded by Blood Alliance members. Then, he used less than one hour to destroy a Blood Alliance branch in a city that just happened to be on his way to Beijing. Then, he killed more than four hundred people as a symbol before he disappeared without a trace.

When he vanished this time, he did not show himself in front of anyone for a total of three days.

The destruction of Sky Demon Branch was a major matter that shocked the entire world of martial artists, but the destruction of a small branch from Blood Alliance was an incredibly inconspicuous act.

In fact, it did not even cause a splash.

The people from Blood Alliance did not speak about it, and the others were all just paying attention to the matter at Sky Demon Branch. Naturally, very few people would mention a branch in a small city that no one had even heard before.

At the same time, the Three Lonely Wolves received their first guest in an apartment that had been spontaneously furnished.

“Young White, Young Black, Young Seven, you’re all here.”

“Phoenix Dances, it’s been a long while. You look even more elegant and charming than when you were in university.”

“That’s right. Are you still single—”

“Don’t force me to curse you out.” Phoenix Dances entered the apartment expressionlessly and interrupted the trio’s flattery. “I’ve gone to the hospital to visit him. Kaixin’s physiotherapist mentioned that his recovery is progressing well, and before long, he can leave the hospital. But what’s going on with you?”

“What do you mean, what’s going one with us?”

“You don’t seem to have met with Happy, and you’re even drawing together all the former Beautiful Robes Faction members behind his back. Right now, everyone is in a miserable state, so what do you intend to do?” Phoenix Dances went straight to the main topic.

This time, she returned to the area near the University of South China because quite a number of people formerly from Beautiful Robes Faction were killed by Blood Alliance over the past few days, and now, they were in a bad situation. She could no longer stand watching this, which was why she came to search for the Three Lonely Wolves.

The trio looked at each other, but said nothing.

“I have nothing to say about you taking revenge for Happy and attacking Blood Robes. I said nothing either when you drew everyone together to attack Blood Robes and Dream Clouds. But why don’t you want Happy to know about this? Some threads about this were posted on the forum, but you immediately use all sorts of methods to suppress those threads. Do you really think that I don’t know what you did?” Phoenix Dances demanded.

She stopped talking for a while, and when she saw that the Three Lonely Wolves had nothing to say, Phoenix Dances spoke indignantly, “Many of our friends already have a hard time in the game, and now, they died a few times, making their situation even worse. You know that Happy has a lot of resources right now, so why aren’t you willing to let him know? Is it because of your regrets from the past…?”

“Phoenix Dances, enough with it. You don’t understand.” Young Seven’s face turned dark, and he stared outside the window quietly.
