“Seniors…”

When Ralston caught up, he was just in time to see Xi Yin retreat with blood all over his chest. Wan Wan’s shoulder was covered in red, and it was terrifying to look at. As for Happy, he was fine, and he moved around elegantly dozens of feet away. Ralston immediately sucked in a sharp breath, and he was a little dazed.

Even he knew that Happy was extraordinarily skilled and occupied a high spot on the Ten Great People Rank, but Xi Yin and Wan Wan were both at Myth Realm!

Even though they fought while Shi Feixuan was heavily injured, did Happy actually manage to fight two against one while having the upper hand and even injure both Xi Yin as well as Wan Wan?

When he saw this, Ralston felt as if he was dreaming!

But the flames on Xi Yin’s body rose to the sky, and he was like a demon. This highly realistic feeling caused Ralston to stop moving forward.

Xi Yin moved in a flash and vanished from Ralston’s sight.

Wan Wan shouted at him furiously, calling him an irresponsible man, but she did not stay in the area either and left. Even Xi Yin ran, and what could an injured woman like her do? They were near the Chinese camp, not the Mongolian camp.

Happy did not turn around to stop them.

He had already shifted Wan Wan’s attack twice, and the burden from it was great. He had activated his protective charm—Silver Light Arhat—to save his life. If he continued chasing after them, he might not be able to gain any sort of benefits from those two Myth Realm martial artists.

Stopping at the appropriate moment was something he understood.

Even though he used the valuable Little Li Flying Dagger to save Shi Feixuan, he could still be considered to have saved himself, right? After all, it was not easy getting those thirty thousand points for himself. It was already very good that he managed to preserve his life when two Myth Realm elites worked together to attack him.

He redirected his gaze and looked at the Mongolian who summoned his steed to flee.

He frowned slightly.

Even that guy was only a player who was Life and Death Realm, he was built sturdy, and he was just as difficult to deal with as a Myth Realm martial artist. Hence, Happy did not continue chasing him.

“Ralston…” Happy had already committed that name to memory. He was not to be underestimated after using his Dragon and Elephant Wisdom Palm to this level. It was a pity that he was a Mongolian, and Happy will not have the chance to meet him again.

It was a pity, because he was a strong opponent.

Happy lamented in his heart.

Ever since his battle against One Emperor, there were not many suitable opponents left for him in the Chinese server. While that feeling was great, it made him slightly uneasy.

In his previous life, he worked hard by setting various powerful people as his goals, and gradually, he made his way to the stage for the Sword Among Us tournament at Mount Hua, and he had been quite successful in the game. Right now, he no longer had a goal ahead of him, and it made him feel as if he had nothing, which led to him feeling lost and empty.

This was not a good sign!

Ralston’s appearance finally made him a little wary.

At the very least, there were still some opponents who can cause him a headache.

Indeed, opponents!

These people could not be considered goals, but opponents!

But Happy clearly did not know that after he fought against Ralston, he left behind a mark that was incredibly difficult to get rid of.

Happy was a powerful enemy and his goal!

While Ralston rode on his horse to flee, for the first time ever, he felt tense.

“The strongest player in the Chinese server does live up to his name.”

During the first time they fought, Happy’s fierceness and brutality stirred every single sleeping cell in his bones, causing him to feel pressure and anxious, which led to him fighting against a player at full strength for the first time ever.

But during the second time, Happy’s versatility caused him to know what it was like to feel powerless.

Even though his defense and counterattack was pretty good, the Twin Female and Male Demons’ corpses allowed him to know what it was like to be at a disadvantage twice in a row.

Happy and Wan Wan’s fight caused him to know what it meant to him by being unable to interfere with the fight.

Xi Yin and Wan Wam’s defeat allowed him to understand the difference between them clearly!

Even though Happy never defeated him in a direct fight, he already made Ralston sigh a deep wave of defeat.

He will admit that he was unable to fight against Xi Yin and Wan Wan in a direct confrontation, and he will not be able to easily kill the Twin Female and Male Demons while Wan Wan held him back.

“I’ll come back!”

When he heard the notification telling him that he failed in his quest, Ralston sucked in a deep breath. His hands tightened around the reins until the point that they turned while, and he exuded the presence of a primitive beast who cannot concede to defeat.

After the battle, Happy brought out his spare Horse Plate and summoned his Hoof Shadow. Without another word, he activated the skill that allowed him to become one with his horse and charged to the camp.

Soon, he ran into a group of cavaliers from the Prince of Qin, and they were galloping toward him fiercely.

“Is the person in front Young Swordsman Happy?”

The group were dressed brightly and had fierce looking horses with them. They were different from the cavaliers they usually saw. The man and woman in the lead had incredibly great presences. The man was bold and large, had sharp eyebrows that formed into a scowl on his square face while he rushed over. He held a longspear in his hands, giving him an extraordinary presence. The woman was dressed in red. She was pretty and charming, and the red horsetail whisk was already enough to state her identity,

“General Qin, Madam Qin, it’s you.”

“Thank goodness! It’s good that you’re alright. I heard from Miss Shi that you protected her so that she can flee while you risked your life to stop Priest Xi Yin and Witch Wan Wan. I am truly impressed!”

Qin Qiong was someone known as Young Meng Chang among wanderers, and he was a chivalrous and brave person. When he saw that Happy had actually gotten away safely, he could not but have a hint of admiration shine in his eyes.

But at that moment, Happy was still worried about Shi Feixuan.

When he asked, Qin Qiong became even more respectful. ‘This boy has just escaped from danger, and the first person he thinks about is the heavily injured Shi Feixuan. It’s no wonder why the successor of Kind Boathouse will regard him so highly.’

The woman with the red horsetail whisk by the side answered Happy’s question.

In truth, even though Shi Feixuan was severely wounded, she was fortunate enough to run into patrolling cavaliers along the way, and she was immediately escorted back to the camp, and this group of people notified Qin Qiong, who was patrolling nearby, to provide reinforcements.

“Thank you for the trouble, General Qin!”

“What are you saying? Young Swordsman Happy, you risked your life to stop the enemy to make sure that Miss Shi can flee, and I am duty bound not to refuse coming to your aid. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t manage to see you fighting heroically against Priest Xi Yin and Witch Wan Wan…”

While they talked to each other, the group returned to the camp.

“The Prince of Qin heard that you and Miss Shi went to check information about the reconnoiterers, and he’s very touched. Right now, he should have asked for a military doctor to treat Miss Shi. You’ve contributed greatly this time. You can come with me to meet the Prince of Qi and the marshal.”

“Thank you for the trouble.”

Happy was quite fond of this General Qin Qiong beside him as well. However, his entire mind was on Shi Geixuan and the great Mongolian player he met on the plains, so he did not say much.

While they chatted with each other, the group finally returned to the camp.

Qin Qiong personally led Happy to the marshal’s tent.

When he saw this, Happy knew that he had completed the quest to protect Shi Feixuan and help her flee beyond what he was asked for again, and his contributions will not be below his act of entering deep into the enemy camp last night.

Looks like his points were about to increase by leaps and bounds again!

“Marshal, Young Swordsman Happy is outside the tent!”

A personal soldier of the marshal, who had an extraordinary presence, went into the tent to report the situation. Very soon, a hearty and strong laughter came from within. “Young Swordsman Happy? What nonsense! He’s now Senior Captain Happy! Quick! Bring Happy in here!”

When Happy heard the sound, he knew that the person who spoke was in a good mood. He immediately composed his emotions, puffed out his chest, and followed Qin Qiong into the tent!
