Joonbum nodded. These babies were called hatchlings. They needed good quality radioactive energy to grow strong, and the Khalodian Mountain Range was a good place for it.

“We’ll know once we get there…” Graham said.

“Will you go with me?”

Joonbum became surprised.

“What? Isn’t it filled with radioactive energy? I’m human. I may look weird but…”

Graham laughed. He too knew that Joonbum wasn’t a normal human. Maybe Joonbum had changed while moving back and forth through the Gate.

“Yeah, you are not normal either. But don’t worry. The area around the relic doesn’t have much radioactive energy.”

“Okay.”

The decision was quick. The Empire didn’t need Joonbum as much as before. He could travel around if he wanted.

“Let’s go then. So, what is it about?”

Graham then smiled and said, “Alien!”

Joonbum became silent, then became dumbfounded.

“Are you joking?”

“No, but what I heard only reminds me of that.”

“When are we going?”

“After dinner. I like the dinner here.”

Graham moved to the restaurant. Joonbum followed behind.
