She Chose to Be Strong After Her Rebirth and Won Everything Back Chapter 105 – Chapter 105 Recruitment

105 Recruitment

As soon as she stepped into the talent market, Qu Zhi could feel the urgency. It wasn’t even eight o’clock yet, but the place was already packed with people. Although Lin He had accompanied Qu Zhi here for a few days, she could not help but exclaim, “So crowded!”

There were only four electric fans in such a big room, and the air wasn’t circulating well. With so many people around, Qu Zhi felt so stuffy that she could barely breathe. Fortunately, their seats were by the window, and some wind would occasionally blew in, so they didn’t feel too uncomfortable.

…

Although she had been the boss for over half a year, Qu Zhi still felt she wasn’t a good judge of people. She found it hard to imagine how one could judge a person’s performance based on a resume.

Her company wasn’t very big, but perhaps because Qu Zhi was dressed very elegantly, a long line quickly formed in front of them.

They were planning to recruit five people today. A receptionist, three designers, and a salesperson.

Lin He originally thought that it would be difficult to control the work of so many designers at once. After all, Qu Zhi had always been the only one doing the work in the past, and their opinions were definitely unified, so there would not be any problems. Now that there were three of them, if each of them had their own ideas, the three of them would not be able to do it as quickly as Qu Zhi.

However, Qu Zhi didn’t think so. She still needed to train and even develop her corporate culture in the future.

“Training?” Lin He raised her eyebrows. “To be a teacher?”

Lin He didn’t understand. She felt that training employees was just teaching them how to do things, which would take a lot of time. She had to be a teacher and work at the same time, which would make her extremely busy.

Qu Zhi nodded. “More or less, but you’re just a guide. The people we recruit will definitely have special skills and better connections than us.”

Lin He didn’t fully understand, but if she had more connections than Qu Zhi, then she probably didn’t need to be taught much.

The university town was nearby, and Qu Zhi noticed the applicants were very young, so she realized that a considerable number of them were actually university students. College students in thie era were very valuable, and she cared a lot about their academic qualifications.

Just as she was thinking about this, a student sat upright in front of her and looked into Qu Zhi’s eyes with a smile. “Hello, I’d like to know more about the jobdesk of your company’s front desk.”

At that moment, Qu Zhi felt a sense of familiarity towards her. When she looked at her again, she realized she looked very similar to Wang Tian.

She also had tiger teeth, big almond-shaped eyes, and a young face. Qu Zhi’s heart instantly softened.

Lin He quietly nudged Qu Zhi and whispered, “She’s from Jiangcheng University. She’s a university student.”

Although Jiangcheng University was not a top university, its name was quite well-known. Those who could get in were definitely not ordinary children.

Looking at her resume, it was also very simple and realistic. There was no exaggeration. Although it wasn’t particularly dazzling, it was reassuring to see.

She wrote a short paragraph in the specialty column, ‘warm, generous, sunny, and confident.’ It was really suitable for the front desk.

Compared to hard conditions such as certificates, this column was the easiest to use. Often, others would fill it up, and even if it were edited, it would still be long. Qu Zhi felt a little tired of reading them.

Although she was already a little attracted to this confident young lady, Qu Zhi quickly regained her composure.

“Hello, thank you for your interest in our company. May I ask why you chose this position?” Qu Zhi stared at the girl with a serious and focused expression.

“It’s because I think I’m kind and good-looking. Plus, I like to deal with people, so if someone needs help, I’m willing to help at the first moment. I think I was born for the front desk.”

It was an extremely confident answer, but Qu Zhi didn’t feel uncomfortable at all.

She sneaked a glance at Lin He’s expression. Lin He was also a little surprised, but she was more happy.

Indeed, this child’s temperament was very likable, and she looked competent.

“Our company will provide relevant training. It will take about a week. Is that acceptable?” although she felt it was a little rushed to show her decision on her face, Qu Zhi couldn’t help but smile.

“Of course.” The little girl agreed readily.

“This is our name card. Come for the interview on Sunday.”

When Qu Zhi handed over her business card, she couldn’t help but let out a long sigh of relief.

It didn’t seem too troublesome to recruit people.
