Second Marriage: My Strongest Bodyguard Chapter 361 – All In Danger

Raymond drives his car at high speed to the hospital where Dean and Bryana are getting help. He took Monica and Madeline who sat beside him.

“Honey, don’t be too fast..it could put us in danger too,” said Monica who was sitting with Madelin her lap. 

“I couldn’t calm down until I saw how my sister was and she was all I had and as an older brother I had to take care of her to make sure she was comfortable. I can’t imagine anything bad could happen..the children are still small… I can’t lose her or her husband who is also like my own brother!” Raymond said in frustration and even increased the speed of his car.

“Worrying is not the right way, we need to pray instead of it Even like this … it’s dangerous. Please slow down!” Monica kept on persuading, even Madeline started crying with fright. “Look, she’s scared!”

Raymond sighed, trying to stay calm and slow down the car. He reached out his hand to stroke Madeline’s blonde hair. “Sorry, honey. Daddy just too worried.”

“Let’s just pray that their injuries aren’t too bad,” Monica exclaimed.

“Yes….hopefully so.”

The thug returned to the driver’s focus casually until he realized he was being followed by a white car that was even about to overtake him. He remained relaxed because the streets were still busy and he guessed that maybe it was just a car that wanted to overtake him. but when on a deserted street, the car even managed to overtake him and even blocked him until he suddenly hit the brakes.

“Raymond!” Monica was surprised to hold Madeline tightly because she almost hit the dashboard.

“Who are they?” Raymond was starting to get annoyed because he was in a hurry and was blocked by an unknown person’s car. He was about to open his car door but the doll forbade it.

“Honey, we’d better go. I’m afraid they’re going to hurt you,” Monica cried.

“I will fight them!” The stubborn Raymond couldn’t be helped. He let go of Monica’s hand and rushed out of the car to meet the two men who had just gotten out of the white car in front of him.

“What do you want, why are you blocking me?” Raymond asked, pointing to the faces of the men he recognized as one. “Aren’t you Gio, Kareen’s brother?”

“Yes, you still remember my face apparently,” Gio replied with a cynical smile.

“It turns out that you are free. Now what do you want?” asked Raymond with his hands on his hips.

“Your destruction,” Gio replied then pulled out a knife from behind his waist which was tucked between his pants. He turned to his friend who had cut Dean’s car brake cable yesterday as well. “Beat him!”

Raymond immediately fought them. He avoid every time Gio was about to draw a knife at him. The man fiercely gave punches and kicks to his opponent until they each fell down.

“How dare you harass me!” Raymond approached Gio and his best friend then stepped on them..After that, he rushed back to the car but Gio’s friend grabbed his leg so hard he fell down.

It turned out that Gio and his friends only pretended to lose. They knocked Raymond down and then beat me blindly.

Both of Raymond’s hands were held by Gio’s friends, then Gio punched him in the face to the stomach brutally, as if to express his deep hatred.

“Because of you, my sister is in prison!” said Gio again punching Raymond in the stomach.

Bughhh bughhh

Gio turned to grab Raymond’s hair until he lifted his head. “I will make you feel how painful it is to live without the one you love, like my sister!” he said then took a knife to draw Raymond’s stomach.

“Argghhh!” Raymond screamed struggling until he managed to escape from the grip of Gio’s friend. He fought with them again until his hand was hit by Gio’s sharp knife.

In the car, Monica is frightened but manages to contact Louis and Dany as well. Her eyes filled with tears when she saw Raymond who was unable to fight anymore and was even hit by a knife. The woman got out of the car and put her phone back in her trouser pocket and ran for help.

“Monica!” Gio turned to pursue Monica with his friend.

“Help! help!”

Monica kept running while carrying Madeline. She had a little trouble because Madeline was quite fat and made her unable to run fast.

“Don’t hurt them! Argh…” Raymond tried to get up. He glanced around which looked deserted.

“Oh my God, why is there no one at all?”

Raymond ran limply after Gio who was chasing Monica until Louis and Alex came to stop him. Maybe Alex knew about this incident because Louis was still at his house looking after Calvin.

“Raymond!”

Alex rushed out of the car along with Louis. He rushed over to the injured Raymond.

“Monica and Madeline are being chased … They’re going that way,” Raymond said, pointing at a clearing of bushes.

“You just wait here. I will bring your wife and child back,” Alex said seriously then looked at Louis and nodded his head as if it was a code to quickly catch up with Monica.

Raymond nodded resignedly and let Alex and Louis chase after them. he squinted as he watched Alex run slowly out of sight. “He helped me… Why? Is he really not bad anymore?”

Dany had just arrived with Benny. He rushed out of the car and walked over to the injured Raymond, sitting on the street leaning on the tires.

“Mr….what happened?” he asked worriedly looking at Louis’s and Raymond’s empty cars.

“Where are the others?”

“They’re trying to save Monica. Chase them in that direction!” Raymond exclaimed indicating the direction Monica and the others were running.

Dany saw a lot of blood coming out from the direction of Raymond’s wrist. “Ben, you take Mr Raymond to the hospital now. I’ll catch up with them!”

Benny nodded then Dany rushed after Monica but from another direction meant to intercept her.

“Mr, let’s go to the hospital..you bleed too much,” said Benny while helping Raymond to stand up.

“No, Ben. I’m will not leaving until my wife and child are safe,” said Raymond, wincing in pain. “They must be safe!”

Because he felt that he would not succeed in preventing Raymond. Benny finally took off his shirt so he was only wearing a black undershirt. He used the shirt to bandage Raymond’s wound as tightly as possible so it wouldn’t continue to bleed.

“Call the police please,” Raymond shouted with his eyes fixed on the running Monica.

“Okay, sir,” said Benny, quickly reaching into his trouser pocket to get his phone and immediately contacted the police.

Kareen monitors the condition of Dean who has just received treatment from the doctor. she peeked through the glass door of the emergency room until she found out that Bryana only suffered minor head injuries while Dean was still critical.

“They have to die, they have to! Or Dean’s going to die. It’s useless if he lives if I can’t have him at all.” Kareen looked furious and clenched her fists.

The doctor and nurse came out leaving Dean with Bryana still unconscious. Kareen hurriedly left the front of the ER room and walked away, down the corridor to find a changing room. Hmm, what will she do?
