Sunlight infiltrated through the glass windows of a luxurious room with brown white nuances, Bryana was dazzled and glanced at the window where Dean was opening the white curtains that covered the glass window.

Bryana sat down and leaned her shoulders on the back of the bed, then wrapped her naked body with a thick white blanket. The pregnant woman glanced at the table beside her where there was already a glass of vanilla-flavored milk and a toast.

“You woke up, honey.” dean smiled as he walked over to Bryana. The man was handsome and neat in a black suit with a silver tie with stripes.

“You’re tidy, what time is it?” Bryana glanced at the clock on the wall which showed the time was seven o’clock at 07:35 am, she immediately jumped out of bed. “Oh my God, I’m late. I have to take care of the kids to get ready for school.”

dean smiled crookedly and invited Bryana to sit back on the edge of the bed saying, “The kids have already left for school. I woke up early this morning and took care of them with mom.”

“Mum must think I’m a lazy daughter-in-law,” Bryana muttered uncomfortably.

“Mommy wouldn’t think so. She knows your condition and she doesn’t mind or have trouble taking care of the children,” Dean explained with a smile embracing Bryana who was still only wrapped in a blanket. “Now, drink milk, be healthy.”

Bryana just silent and took the milk then drank it little by little, then glanced at her smartphone which was located on the table. “Did Raymond call me, or call you?”

“No, so what, and where exactly is he?” Dean asked back.

“Following Monica to Bandung,” Bryana answered without wanting to cover up that she had told Raymond about Monica’s return to Bandung.

“He knows if Monica returns to Bandung, who told?” asked Dean.

“Me,” Bryana said briefly then went back to drinking her milk until it was finished while Dean looked at her in surprise as if he was thinking.

“You… did you eavesdrop on my conversation with Monica?” Dean asked, squinting at Bryana. “But yesterday you slept, right?”

Bryana smiled amusedly looking at Dean who was so serious looking at her. “I’m already awake and I’m still pretending to be asleep.”

Dean sighed then pinched Bryana’s slightly chubby cheeks. “It turns out that my wife is starting to learn how to act. I think I’ll be punishing you this morning.”

“I did it because I wanted Raymond to still be able to get Monica. This is an opportunity because they are alone and I know they like each other,” Bryana explained quickly, even though she wasn’t afraid of Dean’s punishment. maybe the punishment from her husband was just serving him.

“But Monica needs to think calmly,” said Dean.

“And she will calm down after accepting Raymond’s proposal. I’m so sure of that.” Bryana returned the empty glass to the table and was about to get out of bed. “I want to take a bath.”

“You didn’t give me something before leaving for work?” Dean grabbed Bryan’s hand.

“Something?”

“It’s okay if you don’t remember.” Dean looked disappointed and let go of his hand on Bryana’s hand and immediately got up from the bed.

Bryana looked confused and looked up at Dean. “You are mad?”

“I’m going to the office now,” Dean said curtly.

Bryana was silent and thought, thought, thought, and finally she remembered that she hadn’t done the morning routine she always did with Dean. The pregnant woman immediately got up from the bed and walked towards her husband who was about to open the door.

Monica just woke up and immediately got out of bed. She walked towards the window, then opened it and saw the outside of the house. the girl frowned when she saw that there were no tents and Raymond’s car in the vacant lot in front of her parents’ house.
