By nine o’clock in the evening, Monica had returned home escorted by Raymond. Although she insisted on refusing, Bryana still forced her to be escorted by her brother because it was late at night and she wanted to bring the two of them closer.

Dean, who often slept since the afternoon, finally experienced insomnia. He looked restless and stifled because he was bored being in bed all the time. Bryana, who fell asleep on the sofa, finally woke up and walked over to Dean who looked messy. “And it was excruciating holding back hurts more than holding back hunger and longing.” Dean turned to feel Bryana’s belly. “But maybe if there’s a baby among us, I can endure it.”

“Wait about seven months later, she or he will be born,” Bryana shouted, holding Dean’s hand which was above the surface of her belly.

“Yes, we’ll do it after you recover when the rain comes,” Bryana said, still rubbing Dean’s jaw and cheek area.

Until a few moments they chatted, finally, Dean fell asleep on Bryana’s shoulder. Bryana did not move because she did not want to make her husband, who had been having difficulty sleeping, wake up before sleeping soundly.
