After taking a bath, Bryana wore red knee-length overalls with an accessory strap attached to the waist. She polished her face with light make-up, then pinned part of her hair back. The pregnant woman looked so elegant that her husband smiled happily at her.

“Beautiful.” Dean smiled so warmly.

“You’re handsome too, even though you have a bandage on your head.” Bryana approached Dean who was leaning on the bed. the husband has finished doing the examination and is no longer using the oxygen tube because his condition is getting better. The man also looked fresher after wiping his body with warm water, then changed into a white patient’s clothes.

dean smiled blushing because Bryana never got tired of complimenting his good looks. “Are you leaving now?” he asked.

“Yes, I’m hungry. I have to eat, then take nausea relievers,” Bryana replied as she approached Dean. “But I want to carry out our rituals first.”

dean nodded and smiled. Bryana looked down and kissed Dean’s lips very softly. French Kiss like that they never miss at all even though currently the man’s condition is sick.

“Because it’s good the day always starts with something sweet,” Bryana said and then kissed Dean’s cheek for a moment. “Em… what did the doctor say, there are restrictions regarding food for you?”

“Not too much. Just buy me a salad,” said Dean.

“Okay, I’ll buy a salad for you. I’ll be back in 30 minutes, ” Bryana replied with a cheerful face.

Bryana straightened up again and looked up at the open door. she saw Raymond coming together with Kareen who brought a parcel filled with several kinds of fruit.

“Raymond,” Bryana said.

Raymond walked in with Kareen following him. He approached Dean and Bryana with a look of pity. “How can this happened, Dean? Looks like your wound is pretty bad.”

“I don’t know, it happened so fast and unexpected.” Dean smiled grimly and shrugged his shoulders.

Kareen gives a parcel of fruit to Bryana. “This is for you and Dean too. I heard that you are currently pregnant. Eating fruit, usually the favorite of women who are pregnant.”

“Thank you,” Bryana said with a stiff smile. She didn’t want to look snappy at Kareen in front of Raymond, because she didn’t want Raymond to be disappointed or angry with her. Like it or not, the woman accepted the secretary to be her future sister-in-law.

“Have you been to the office?” Bryana asked as he looked at Raymond, who was wearing black jeans combined with a black t-shirt and a light brown leather jacket.

“Not yet,” Raymond short, then glanced at Kareen. “I’m going to the office with Kareen.”

Bryana nodded in understanding, while Kareen walked closer to Dean’s left side. “Are there any serious injuries besides your head, Dean?” She asked.

“No. I just need to undergo some therapy to heal the injuries to my back and legs,” explained Dean casually.

“I didn’t think that this day would be an As for you. As long as you are a bodyguard, you are very tough and have never been hurt this badly,” Kareen said angrily.

Bryana angrily glanced at Kareen who said as if Dean was having bad luck because he was no longer a bodyguard. it means Kareen is teasing her for attracting Dean into her life as a husband.

Kareen glanced at Dean who was so caring and affectionate with Bryana. jealousy and resentment arose in her heart. ‘You idiot, you shouldn’t treat Bryana like that. Kareen let out a rough breath.. she glanced at the atmosphere that was no longer lonely, it made her annoyed, and wanted to go to the office or think of other plans for Dean and Bryana.
