Chapter 765: Campsite

Gao Yang lowered his eyes and said, “You’re welcome.”

Initially, everyone walked towards the top of the mountain together, but some of the other classes had already changed direction halfway up the mountain. Professional campers brought them to their originally planned campsites.

Although the mountaintop was wide, it was impossible for a large team of over five hundred people to set up tents and camp at the same time. Therefore, although the campsite for each class was on Liyang Mountain, the exact location was different.

Class One started walking to the left as they approached the mountaintop.

Xia Qinghuan walked and said worriedly, “Do you think there will be snakes?”

Jian Ai chuckled. “Of course. There are snakes on the mountain, right?”

Especially in this day and age, nature’s protection was still considered intact. The various resources on Earth had not been overdrawn, especially in China. Green mountains and rivers could be seen everywhere, and there were naturally birds and animals.

They could see everything in the nature reserve in the north of China. However, Liyang Mountain was not considered a nature reserve. There should be no tigers, bears, or anything, but there were definitely snakes.

Hearing Jian Ai’s words, Xia Qinghuan immediately rubbed her arms in fear. She was most afraid of mollusks.

When she went to the supermarket, she bought insect repellent spray. The instructions also said that it was effective against snakes, bugs, rats, and ants. She just didn’t know if it was really effective.

Soon, Class One arrived at a very flat and spacious campsite. This place seemed to have been developed by other outdoor enthusiasts. There were no plants in the entire empty space, making it look very out of place in the forest at the mountaintop.

There were a few huge boxes in the middle of the empty space. They should be filled with tents and sleeping bags.

Sun Dasheng was not a professional in camping, so the leading professional organized everyone.

“Students, based on the hotel accommodation arrangements previously, send someone from each room to collect the tents and sleeping bags from me later. Everyone needs to build the tent according to the instructions. If you have any questions, you can ask me.”

When Xia Qinghuan heard this, she said to Jian Ai, “Watch Guan Tao and don’t let her run around. I’ll go get the tent.”

The students went forward to line up. The tent was folded and didn’t look big. Then, they each received sleeping bags.

“Teacher, do we randomly choose a place to build the tent?” a student asked.

When Sun Dasheng heard this, he said, “I suggest that everyone circle around the empty space and surround the sand in the middle.”

Everyone started to choose a place.

Jian Ai, Qinghuan, Guan Tao, and the rest first removed the tent packaging and took out the instructions inside. After looking at it, they realized this tent was not an assembled tent, but a foldable tent.

After tearing off the last layer of plastic wrap, Jian Ai said to Xia Qinghuan, “Qinghuan, hold on to these two legs. I’ll shout one, two, three. Let’s pull hard together.”

Xia Qinghuan nodded.

“One! Two! Three!”

As soon as she finished speaking, Jian Ai and Xia Qinghuan exerted strength each. With a bang, the tent that had been folded into a flat surface instantly bounced off as if it had been filled with air. The area was so big that it directly hit Xia Qinghuan’s face, making her retreat a few steps before sitting on the ground.

Seeing this, Guan Tao quickly went forward to help her. “Qinghuan, are you okay?”

Xia Qinghuan shook her head in shock. She stood up and patted her buttocks. “It scared me.”

The voice attracted the attention of others. Everyone looked up and saw that Jian Ai’s tent was already propped up!
