At this moment, in the CEO’s office on the top floor of the Jian Group building in Haicheng District.

Jian Changsheng had just ended a call with Director Liu from the Audit Bureau.

East Sea Real Estate had snatched that six hundred thousand square meters of land. Jian Changsheng had always been curious about what the other party wanted to use it for. He had asked Director Liu before, and today, he received news that East Sea Real Estate wanted to use that piece of land to develop an amusement park project.

Did the Jian Group leak the news and the other party beat them to it, or did the two parties coincidentally think of the same thing?

Jian Changsheng didn’t have time to think about these questions.

He didn’t ask Director Liu to reject the other party’s proposal. Although Jian Changsheng was a businessman who always thought of benefits, he wouldn’t do such a despicable thing.

However, in order to give the Jian Group face, Director Liu took the initiative to reject East Sea Real Estate’s proposal.

Director Liu felt he had done the right thing by offending a small, recently established company like East Sea Real Estate, because then he could gain face from the Jian Group, a leading company.

If he needed anything in the future, the Jian Group would return this favor.

Jian Changsheng didn’t agree with Director Liu’s actions, let alone feel grateful or happy.

However, the reality was that Director Liu’s action bought some time for the Jian Group.

Jian Changsheng immediately made a move and called the company’s development team for an urgent meeting.

When the amusement park project was decided, the company had already established a project team. Currently, there were forty to fifty people sitting in the conference room on the top floor. They were all core members of the project.

As the CEO, Jian Changsheng was heading the meeting. Everyone was sitting upright. It was obvious how important this meeting was to the CEO.

Jian Changsheng didn’t stand on ceremony. As soon as he sat down, he went straight to the point. “I just received news that another real estate company in Baiyun City is interested in developing an amusement park project. The other party was even faster than us. Not only did they get an excellent piece of land in the southern suburbs, but they have also submitted the proposal.”

When everyone heard this, they couldn’t help but freeze.

Other than the Jian Group, who else could think of such a bold and forward-looking project?

Someone immediately said, “CEO, was it that piece of land in the southern suburbs that we took a liking to?”

Jian Changsheng nodded. “Yes. However, someone beat us to it after a moment of hesitation.”

Everyone’s expressions darkened, and they couldn’t help but guess which company this was.

Seeing this, Jian Changsheng softened his tone and breathed, “Fortunately, the other party’s proposal was overruled. Before the other party could hand in the proposal a second time, we should consider this as giving us a chance to catch our breath.”

When everyone heard this, they heaved a sigh of relief.

Jian Changsheng was not in a hurry before. Even though the land had been stolen, the amusement park project was still theirs.

Unexpectedly, the company that snatched their land also had the same project idea. This gave him a sense of crisis.

No matter what, the Jian Group had to be the first to start the amusement park project. This was a matter of dignity. Jian Changsheng had to protect the Jian Group’s dignity.

If he wanted to do it, he would be the first to do it!

“The first thing for today’s meeting is also the most urgent matter.. We have to quickly determine the location of the amusement park project,” Jian Changsheng looked at everyone and said.
