Rebirth of the Best Businesswoman at School Chapter 517 – We Lost the Land, We’re Too Late

Chapter 517: We Lost the Land, We’re Too Late

Bai Zhou naturally knew this logic, but he did not expect the Sect Master would act so fast.

Fortunately, he had already completed the mission the Sect Master had given him.

“Have you bought the land?” Jian Ai asked.

Bai Zhou smiled and nodded. “We have to keep up with the boss, right? We already bought it yesterday. It’s the one in the western suburbs.”

It was necessary to pass by the western suburbs of Baiyun City to go to the international airport. To build an amusement park, one had to reach it in one step. Since they could not find suitable land in the city, the land in the suburbs was the next best option. It was cheap and big.

“How many square meters?” Jian Ai asked.

Bai Zhou: “Six hundred thousand!”

Jian Ai was shocked and delighted. “That big?”

“It’s an amusement park. It has to be big. Otherwise, it’ll be more troublesome to expand it in the future,” Bai Zhou said.

Jian Ai initially thought that it would be difficult to find a piece of land around four hundred thousand square meters, but she did not expect Bai Zhou to buy one that was six hundred thousand square meters.

“How many people are in the company’s construction department now?” Jian Ai thought for a moment and suddenly looked at Bai Zhou.

Bai Zhou paused and thought for a moment before saying, “Less than three hundred people. They’re all experienced construction teams recruited from the towns around Baiyun City.”

Three hundred people…

Jian Ai considered this number. A mature real estate company must have its own construction team—three hundred people were not enough.

“It seems that we still have to collaborate with Century Group on this amusement park project,” Jian Ai muttered.

However, Bai Zhou had to remind her. “Century Group is already helping us complete the Hotel M project. Besides their own company’s construction projects, I’m afraid there aren’t many people left.”

Jian Ai’s expression turned grave when she heard this. Other than Century Group, there were no other real estate developers in Baiyun City that she could trust.

“I have to discuss this with Uncle Chen before deciding,” Jian Ai said after a while.

After all, the two companies had signed a collaboration contract. They would cooperate with Century Group if they could. If Chen Lei felt that their company could not take on two enormous projects at the same time, Jian Ai would think of another solution.

At the same time, at the Jian Group in Haicheng District!

In the CEO’s office, on the top floor.

Jian Changsheng had just finished reviewing a case. He looked at the time and couldn’t help but rub his temples tiredly.

Someone knocked on the door, looking anxious.

“Enter!”

A middle-aged man in a suit walked in quickly with an ugly expression.

This person was Li Hui, the person in charge of the amusement park project the Jian Group had just approved a few days ago at a management meeting.

“What’s wrong?” Jian Changsheng felt worried when he saw Li Hui’s expression.

Because Li Hui had given him the information of an enormous piece of land that was currently being sold in Baiyun City a few days ago, Jian Changsheng had just decided to buy this ideal piece of land for the amusement park project yesterday. This morning, Li Hui made the contracts.

Seeing his expression, did something happen to the land?

What one feared happened. As soon as Li Hui opened his mouth, he said, “CEO, we lost the land. We were a step too late!”

“What?” Jian Changsheng couldn’t help but look shocked.

Who would buy such a huge piece of land in a suburb like the western suburbs for no reason?

Moreover, it was such a coincidence that the land was still on sale two days ago, but it got sold today?

Jian Changsheng’s face darkened. “Did you find out who bought it?”

Li Hui nodded slightly and looked like he couldn’t say it. After a while, he said in a low voice, “It’s East Sea Real Estate!”
