Ji Ziming, who had been paying attention to her actions all along, shook his head in amusement when she rushed out without a word.

Taking it as her feeling bored in the kitchen, he merely focused his attention to his cooking again.

Hmm… The sweet and sour pork tenderloin is done; there’s only the spicy and sour cabbage left…

Running as fast as she could, Pei Ge grabbed her phone in the living room and rushed back to the kitchen.

When she entered the kitchen again, the man was done cooking the sweet and sour pork tenderloin and was now putting it on a plate.

She resolutely raised her phone and took a photo of him.

As she had her phone in silent mode, the man, whose whole focus was on cooking, did not notice her action.

After plating the dish into a beautiful plate, he leisurely added some simple garnish on top.

Once he was done with this, he proceeded to cook spicy and sour cabbage.

On his end, he was happily cooking with his all.

On her end, she was happily taking photos endlessly.

If not for her phone being on silent right now, the whole kitchen would be filled with the camera’s shutter sound.

Her hand seemed out of control as it continuously pressed on the ‘snap’ button, and photos after photos were getting saved on her phone.

She was not a skillful photographer, nor did she have professional training in photography.

It could just not be helped that her boyfriend had the looks and the body, as well as impeccable disposition.

Hence, even though she was just casually taking the photos, each of them looked so good that one could not bear to shift their eyes away from it.

At least, she was looking at the hundreds of photos she had taken with a wide smile.

A bright smile graced her lips as she stared at each of these captivating photos of him.

He’s so handsome! So good-looking! I didn’t use any filter, yet he still looks as beautiful as those edited photos!

The countless photos on her phone were like art pieces she was unwilling to delete.

As she looked at the photos, she suddenly had the urge to flaunt.

Just like how in love couples often posted their pictures on social media, she also wanted to flaunt her boyfriend!

She blinked at the screen filled with rows of pictures and quickly made a decision.

Flaunt! I must flaunt this! This is the first time my boyfriend is cooking for me! I must show it off no matter what!

After making this decision, she took a deep breath and pursed her lips lightly as her fingers agilely tapped on the screen.

Finally, she chose her venue to flaunt her love: Weibo.

After all, many people were on her WeChat friends’ circle. If she just posted his photos like this, it would be a little too… Cough, cough, cough! A little too arrogant!

Hence, she decided to flaunt it on her private Weibo account.

With a smile, she tapped open the application.

Seeing the empty page on her screen, she smilingly uploaded the photos on her Weibo account.

Of course, she chose the best among the hundreds she had.

“Okay!” After uploading it, she typed in a few words while smiling excitedly. She then pressed the ‘post’ button.

“What’s ‘okay’?”

Just as she wanted to look at the photos she had just posted, she heard a low and clear voice ask this beside her.

“Ah!” she exclaimed in shock. Unknowingly, the man had come to her side and was even looking at her phone display.

Frightened by his sudden appearance, she subconsciously hid her phone behind her.

“W-What are you doing?! Approaching me so suddenly, you scared me!” She raised her chin and glared at him.

Inside, she was feeling a little guilty.

He shouldn’t have seen what I had just posted, right?

“I scared you?” Cocking a brow, he lightly asked, “Aren’t you usually very brave, stupid woman, yet you got scared by that?”

Noting that he did not seem to have seen it, she relaxed a little.

“No-None of your business!” she indignantly said, scrambling out of the kitchen thereafter.

What she did not know was this fleeing action of hers only made her more suspicious.

The man’s lips curled up into an amused smile as he watched her run away.

That stupid woman. She’s so obvious that I’ve already seen through her.

He shook his head in amusement and eyed the dishes he had finished cooking. He then slowly took out his phone from his pocket.

“That stupid woman. She really thinks that I don’t know anything…” he mumbled. Opening Weibo and tapping the screen a few times, he returned his phone into his pocket and picked up the dishes he had cooked.

Meanwhile, the guilty person who had fled to the living room did not know that he had already seen through her.

Once she was in the living room, her heart pounded fast her cheeks flushed pink.

“Hoo! Luckily, he didn’t see anything!” She sat on the sofa and then took out her phone again.

She was secretly gleeful when she saw that her post was successfully posted.

“No one should be able to recognize that annoying fellow in this way!” she muttered under her breath, proceeding to admire the picture shown on her phone.

In the photo, only the man’s back could be seen, yet his tall and lean frame made one feel attracted to him.

My boyfriend is so handsome! He’s the best! How can a person be this handsome?

Staring at the photos she had posted on Weibo, she smugly and excitedly thought this inwardly. Her eyes had curved into two crescent moons from smiling by then.

When the man walked into the living room with the dishes in his hands, the scene of staring at her phone with a silly smile was what greeted his sight.

“It’s time to eat. What are you looking at that makes you smile like a fool?”
