Provocative Fiery Wife: My Superior is a Affectionate Spitfire Chapter 1359 – She took him away?!

Chapter 1359: She took him away?!

“Ping An! Ping An!”

Pei Ge nearly went hysterical when she saw the empty bed.

She had finally found her son, but…

“Hey, calm down a bit. Maybe he woke up and went out to play.”

Seeing how high-strung she was, the man quickly pulled her back and gently coaxed, but she would not calm down at all. She pushed him aside and rushed out.

It was then that she met with the Ji couple who was on their way upstairs.

When she saw the older woman, she hurriedly asked, “Auntie, my son isn’t in his bedroom! Where is he?! Where is he now?!”

She truly wanted to see the child the moment she found out that he was her son, and with her daughter saying that the boy was in pain, how could she remain calm?

“Not in the bedroom? Then, he must’ve gone out to play.”

Compared to her nervous fluster, the elderly couple was unaffected, for both had never entertained the idea that anything could happen to their grandson under their roof.

Alas, they were wrong.

…Even after Pei Ge nearly overturned the entire house, she still could not find the boy.

Only at that point did the couple start panicking.

“How did this happen? It’s impossible for him to go missing by himself. I brought him to sleep myself!”

Madam Ji was in disbelief, finding it impossible for her grandson to go missing while in their house.

“There must be somewhere we haven’t searched yet! Tell everyone to search the house thoroughly again!”

Mister Ji clearly thought the same. With a frown, he ordered the housekeepers to search for his grandson everywhere in the house.

Meanwhile, Pei Ge could only stand next to Ji Ziming as though her soul had left her. The two children were also affected by the atmosphere, standing beside their mother silently, clutching her hands tightly.

The man’s eyes flashed with a cold glint when he saw the woman looking distraught.

“Dad, mom, stop searching; someone must’ve brought Ji Chi out.”

His calm yet direct mark woke everyone up.

“Son, what are you saying? Our house isn’t a place anyone can come and go as they like! How could my grandson be brought out by someone without anyone noticing it?!”

His aging mother quickly denied his idea.

“The employees all said that they had not seen the boy being brought out of the house.”

His old father also frowningly regarded him.

“Ziming, do you know something? Do you know where our boy is?!”

Pei Ge stared fervently at him, her voice quaking.

My boy! My boy, please be safe…

“You guys are forgetting something; there’s a traitor in this house. This person’s been brainwashed by Qiao Jingyun.”

The elderly couple was stunned to hear this piece of news.

There’s someone on that woman’s side in our house?!

How’s that possible?!

“If there’s none, there wouldn’t be any misunderstandings between me and Pei Ge many years ago.”

His lips curled up into a cold smile. It took him a little long to realize this, but luckily, it was not too late.

“You mean it’s that woman who took our grandson away?!”
