Qin Chu cried for an entire hour outside the OR… he silently shed his tears for his unborn child.

“Qin Chu… I’m so sorry.” Su Yu was so guilty that he felt like he was going to die. At this very moment, he was so jealous of Huo Siqian – this explosion and his death cleared the scoreboard between himself and Huo Mian.

However, Su Yu was left with a debt so heavy he could barely breathe.

After defeating that giant man, he went back to the bamboo tower, but it was empty aside from Mr. Y, whom Zhao Qingya poisoned.

Qin Chu was very annoyed; he didn’t like the feeling of being controlled by his enemy. On his way back, Su Yu’s family called him to tell him about the explosion. They told him that Su Yu and Huo Mian were admitted to the military hospital for treatment.

Upon receiving the phone call, Qin Chu all but ran to the hospital. It was there he received the devastating news of his wife’s miscarriage. Qin Chu winced in pain at the thought of his unconscious wife.

After Su Yu left, someone else came looking for Qin Chu.

The man, who had a head of silver hair, was wearing a navy-blue Russian uniform paired with knee-high army boots. At least a dozen of his men waited outside the hospital as he walked up to greet Qin Chu. “Chu…”

Qin Chu was extremely surprised to see Qiao Fei. “Fei, why are you here?”
