“We don’t know the details yet. It’s said she got off work and saw a thief steal a purse from a woman; she chased after the thief and got hurt.”

“Where is she? Where?” Gao Ran was worried.

“We don’t know if it’s true or not. We got the information from the Baihe Road Branch but haven’t seen her yet.”

Gao Ran called the branch immediately and found it was true.

Immediately, he drove to the Sixth Hospital on Baihe Road.

When he arrived, Chen Yuning had got her wound dressed.

“Chief Gao.” She was pleased to see him.

Before Chen Yuning could reply, the male police officer of the branch said, “Chie Gao, even a woman doing office work in the headquarters is so badass.
