Huo Mian sat up immediately.

Qin Chu got off the bed and opened the door. Sure enough, Little Bean was standing at the entrance with hair standing up on end like a Tibetan mastiff.

“Why are you crying?”

Ever since they could walk, Pudding and Little Bean had seldom wet their pants; they could manage all their potty issues and were always clean, winning constant praises from their grandma.

Little Bean cried harder and hid her face on Qin Chu’s shoulder.

“Mommy… I’m sorry… I didn’t do it on purpose…”

“Where’s your sister?” Qin Chu asked her.

“Sis is in the room. She told me to turn myself in.”

“Turn yourself in…” Qin Chu was exasperated at the phrase.

“What happened to you?” Huo Mian was puzzled.

Little Bean was naughty and loved food, but she had perfect control of her body functions.

“No. You said you didn’t do it on purpose,” Huo Mian put lotion on her and answered.

“Yeah, it was indeed an accident. I won’t do it again. Can you keep it from Auntie Lingling?”

“Why?”

“Auntie Lingling can’t keep a secret. If she knows it, she’ll tell Boyuan and Boyuan will laugh at me. If he knows I still wet my pants, he’ll not like me.”

Little Bean babbled briskly.

“Didn’t you and Mommy lecture her for wetting her pants?”

“She didn’t do it on purpose. Why should we lecture her?” Qin Chu smiled.

“Why didn’t you ask her what she did before sleeping?” Pudding looked calm.

“It sounds like there’s a story behind it?” Qin Chu narrowed his eyes and walked to Pudding’s side.
