“Honey, didn’t you say it’s only a gathering for friends? How come there are so many people? Did you invite them?”

Huo Mian was surprised that even the Ye Family came; it wasn’t a birthday party but a business gathering.

“They were invited by the Tang Family since Tang Chuan organized the party. I can’t stop them from entering, right?”

“I knew you didn’t do it.” Huo Mian smiled.

“Mian, are you keeping something from me?”

“No. Why did you ask?”

Huo Mian pretended to be calm.

“I just feel you look a bit different after you get off work this afternoon.” Qin Chu reached out and smoothed her long hair.

“Oh. I might be a little tired from work.”

She hadn’t told Qin Chu about her secret. Until now, she still couldn’t bring herself to talk about Huo Siqian since it was a nightmare for her.

At this moment, commotion came from the entrance.

Someone yelled, “Look! Huo Yanyan is here! She even dares to come here!”
