“Smart! It seems that you do care a lot about that Shangguan Ning woman, as the rumor goes.”

Tang Shunian had a smile on his face, but he did not seem delighted, instead jealousy was clearly evident in his eyes.

His identity was fake, because the real Yu Mo had been killed by him. Yu Mo’s son was under his cultivation and he was going to bring him up as his heir.

“But there is one more difference between us. You can’t be touched by anyone except for Shangguan Ning. I have to say that you are way too lucky. So lucky that I feel envious of you.”

A ring of white smoke engulfed him while he was spilling what had been hidden inside his heart for so long.

Tang Shunian laughed like a maniac.

“Oh, are you angry? Didn’t you always wonder why I placed so many people around your apartment but never touched your beautiful woman?” A gentle expression formed in his eyes.

“This matter is between us. I will not spare Jing Zhongxiu, and you have to die as well because you are his son. But Shangguan Ning is just a woman, a very beautiful woman. How can I kill her so easily before I even touch her? I got my men to snap some pictures of her. Look, I even have her as my phone’s wallpaper!”

Tang Shunian showed the phone to Jing Yichen.

His hands bunched up into fists.

“I am warning you, Tang Shunian, don’t even think of touching my wife!”

Jing Yichen’s eyes had turned red. He looked like a lion that was at the verge of attacking.

But no matter how furious he became, he did not lose control because of what Tang Shunian said. He knew that Shangguan Ning had always been a very careful woman. She had enough protection around her. He knew that she would not be caught easily by Tang Shunian.

“Do you love her that much? Poor Tang Yun, my poor sister! She loved you so much and dreamt about becoming the Lady of the Jing Family, day and night. Unfortunately, you did not even spare a thought for her and loved only Shangguan Ning. We shared the same parents and I didn’t hold any grudge against her. I never intended for her to die in my plan. But she had made up her mind to marry into the Jing Family, because she was obsessed with your wealth and looks. In the end, she died and I couldn’t help her.”
