Without caring about the sharp look from Zhao Zhao anymore, Jing Zhongxiu came to stand beside Jing Rui. He coughed hard seeing that Jing Yichen was refusing to make space for him.

“Yichen, move from here. Let me talk with my grandson for a while.”

Jing Yichen had to leave unwillingly when he was interrupted by Jing Zhongxiu. He had not spent enough time with his son yet.

But Jing Zhongxiu did not bother about his son’s expression. He only had eyes for the little fellow lying on the bed.

It would be great if the grandpa and grandson could get on well with each other. Love should be cultivated when the child is young. Jing Yichen kept nagging. Jing Zhongxiu was about to protest by saying that he had held Jing Yichen so many times when he was a baby and that he was experienced, when he found those words would not be in line with his image as a strict father. So he stopped himself from saying anything more.

Seeing the two of them standing next to each other and trying to get hold of Jing Rui, Shangguan Ning burst into laughter. She laughed even more when she heard these men praising the four-day old baby.
