The elder in black was using his spirit energy to turn the power of the ancient Saints into his own strength.

Qingfeng utilized the Thunder Chant from his body and released a sliver of thunder energy which travelled from his right index finger onto the Thunder Pearl.

“Go!” Qingfeng roared as he threw the Thunder Pearl forward and a thousand flashes of thunder shot forward from the Thunder Pearl.

The black thunder had evolved into a powerful low-grade Saint level thunder. Just after it appeared, a large crackling sound was heard from the sky as it struck the altar.

A black protective dome that was hundreds of feet in size was formed above the Three-eyed Ghostly saint. Ancient protective seal scriptures swirled and flickered on the surface of the dome to block the thunder attacks.
