Mr Fu, I Really Love You 284 How About Saturday?

Tuan Tuan’s figure disappeared together with the sound of his light footsteps.

In the living room, the huge TV screen was playing Lin Nuan and Wen Moshen’s episode. Tuan Tuan ran back with the calendar and clawed his way up the sofa. He climbed across Fu Huai’an and sat between him and Lin Nuan. Flipping open the calendar, he poked on the dates on the calendar one by one.

“Getting married and staying with Mama?” He looked up at Lin Nuan. He was so happy his ears grew pink.

Lin Nuan looked down and caressed his short hair. Her ears also flushed red. Without daring to look up at Fu Huai’an, she nodded. “Yes…”

“Get married today!” Tuan Tuan bravely voiced out his wish, as he pointed to the date on the calendar with his chubby hands. He revealed a huge smile to show how satisfied he was with the date.

Fu Huai’an sat underneath the lamp with his legs crossed. He gazed at Tuan Tuan and Lin Nuan as they discussed the date together, and his striking features softened under the warm lights. He spoke slowly in his deep voice. “The adults are all off from work now, so there’s no way we can get the marriage certificate at this hour.”

Tuan Tuan looked down at the calendar in his hands and shifted his finger. He wanted to say the next day, but when he thought about having to go to kindergarten he looked up and asked Fu Huai’an whether he could go as well.

“You’re not going. You’re having your lessons as usual at kindergarten tomorrow.”

Tuan Tuan thought about it for a moment and tried to squeeze under Fu Huai’an’s arm. He raised the calendar and pointed at Saturday, and said to him seriously, “Get married Saturday? Tuan Tuan is going!”

Lin Nuan’s gaze fell on the calendar. She realized it was Gu Hanyan and Wen Moshen’s wedding day…

It was permitted to get the marriage certificate on Saturdays as well, and there was no harm in bringing Tuan Tuan along. Fu Huai’an examined Lin Nuan’s clear facial features and asked, “How about this Saturday?”

Lin Nuan snapped back as she heard his deep voice. Tuan Tuan was already sitting on his lap and staring at her.

She already promised to go to Wen Moshen’s wedding. Since it ended at around one in the afternoon, they still had time to get their marriage certificate afterward.

When it came to the marriage certificate, Lin Nuan felt both happy and a little embarrassed. She tucked her hair behind her ear and nodded. “Then let’s go to the wedding that morning, and we can go collect the certificate in the afternoon.”

Tuan Tuan grabbed her sleeve with his chubby hands and looked at her eagerly. “Tuan Tuan is going also!”

Lin Nuan looked into his anticipating eyes and said, “Alright.”

Tuan Tuan was so excited his heart nearly leaped out of his chest. He leaned on Fu Huai’an’s strong arm and gazed at Lin Nuan with his sparkling eyes without speaking. HIs pleasant mood was written all over his face.

Lin Nuan accompanied Tuan Tuan back to his room when it reached nine thirty.

He was quite obedient. Lin Nuan adjusted the temperature of the water in the tub, and Tuan Tuan took off his clothes. He then bent down to put a duck in the tub.

She stood by and watched him squat into the tub and wash his pale, tender arms.

Lin Nuan didn’t have to worry about Tuan Tuan since he was so well-behaved. He could shower on his own and was more independent than the children of his age.

Seeing that he was done with his bath, Lin Nuan wrapped him in a large white bath towel, picked him up, and left the hot bathroom.

After his bath there was steam radiating from his fragrant body—he looked like a hot rice dumpling that just came out the stove.
