As she was waiting for the elevator, she felt that the looks of people around her were different from before. She recalled the posts on Weibo and put on a straight face. Yet deep down, she felt stifled.

“Did you find someone to delete the posts online?” Miss Xia’s tone sounded upset and harsh. She continued, “Did I not tell you to take the whole thing lightly and do nothing about it? What were you doing twenty minutes ago?”

Lin Nuan was already in a bad mood before Miss Xia poured the cold water over her. She replied with an upset look, “I didn’t do anything. I kept silent since last evening, all the way to now.”

“See for yourself!” Miss Xia slammed her laptop in front of Lin Nuan. If it weren’t for Yang Yuze’s instant save, the laptop would have slipped right off the table.
