Lin Nuan changed her clothes and came out. Fu Huai’an just ended his call and came inside from the balcony. As he closed the balcony door, he heard some movements in the bedroom and went to check it out.

Lin Nuan was wearing the outfit she had on when she came to the house. She had the new set of clothes in her arms from the changing room. Fu Huai’an removed the cigarette from his mouth. His dark hair had steam evaporating from it.

Noticing Lin Nuan was leaving, Fu Huai’an put out his cigarette in the ashtray and asked in his deep, raspy and intimidating voice, “Do You have something to leave for?”

“Yes! My friend… she wants me to send her a pair of clothes at her hotel—she has a similar figure to me, so I decided to take the outfit from the changing room,” Lin Nuan said simply. She didn’t mention a word about Song Yao’s odd crying and her trembling voice.

Fu Huai’an didn’t ask anything more. He put his phone, lighter, and cigarette box on the table and said, “Let me drop you off there…”

Lin Nuan stood at the door of the suite after hanging up. She felt anxious.
