“I ditched the banquet just because I got your call. You believe me now, don’t you?”

Lu Jinbei suddenly turned around to look at Bai Xiaonian, his affectionate look making Bai Xiaonian want to vomit.

He nudged his elbow at Lu Jinnan next to him and lowered his voice. “Brother Lu… is that Lin Nuan? Why is she with that thing?”

Wang Quan’s father’s Aspiring Green Group focused on manufacturing concrete and other mixtures. In the previous two years, it had only begun to enter the field of real estate. The companies engaged in construction inevitably had to interact with the Wang family.
