After sending Madam Liu away, Lu Sheng passed the silver taels to Lu Ran.

“Grandma gave these, but I still have a dozen silver taels. Brother, if you have nothing to do, go back to school and study.”

The teenager leading the pack had a blade of grass hanging from his mouth, and he looked like a hoodlum.

“Lu Ran! Is Lu Ran here?”

Lu Sheng lifted her head and indifferently stared at them.

“Oh?”

Sun Hu’s eyes brightened. “Where did this beauty come from? You’re prettier than Lu Ning.”

When Lu Ran heard the commotion, he came out. His expression changed after hearing Sun Hu’s words.

He strode forward and blocked Lu Sheng and the rest. With an icy-cold voice, he asked, “Sun Hu, why did you come here?”
