Song Qingchun immediately climbed out of bed, put her phone into charge, and walked into the bathroom. She glanced at the clock on the wall as she did, and she realized with a start it was already 11.30 am.

Song Empire’s event was going to start at 3 pm, so it looked like she was going to miss work that day.

As Song Qingchun walked into the bathroom, she tried to come up with a valid-sounding reason for her boss on why she had missed the whole day of work.

Many excuses came up in Song Qingchun’s mind while she was in the shower, but she hadn’t settled on a satisfactory one when she was brushing her teeth in front of the mirror. Her eyes swept the bite marks on her exposed skin, and her train of thought went from excuses for her boss to the sexy scenes with Su Zhinian.
