Hello, everyone. It’s me, the probably, maybe, hopefully beloved Okina Baba.

It can’t be! You’re telling me there are enough brave souls out there who bought the first volume to justify a second?!

I’m surprised there are so many weirdos out there who like spiders. What a wide world we live in.

Now then, a lot has happened since Volume 1 was released.

The series has gotten a manga, a commercial, lots of comments, and it started serialization on Kakuyomu.

It even got glowing recommendations from Mr. Ryohgo Narita and Mr. Satoshi Hase.

I never expected to receive such kind comments from such famous authors! It was petrifying.

Luckily, once humans surpass a certain degree of emotion, they actually become calm, assume it’s a dream, and go to bed. Then, the next day, they think, Looks like I’m still dreaming! and go to bed again, and so on and so forth.

All joking aside, though, I’m sincerely grateful.

Just hearing that Mr. Narita and Mr. Hase enjoyed my work is enough motivation to keep me going forever.
