“You players! You hateful creatures! You monsters!” A resident cloaked in dark matter howled with its dilated eyes.

He was one of those residents whose hatred toward players had sprouted liberally. His heart was black, and his hatred flowed through his veins!

Veins scattered across his face as he channeled his mana!

“I will kill you all! Hehe! You will all die so much you won’t return to our world! This is our world now! Dark World! Hahaha!” His staff rose to the sky!

And a fireball came out of it!

It was a dark fireball whose flames reminded everyone about Hans.

That man didn’t stop, however.

On his bear, he laughed maniacally and urged the monster to charge at players.

Though it might seem like a suicidal move, a suicide, it was not! 

That man’s stats also consisted of a higher defense, stamina, and health!

Dark Matter blessed most residents with equal stats.

They felt blessed and invincible with those stats, and they dared to try all kinds of tactics against players.

They dropped their everyday lives and focused on one thing – killing players!

“Damn it! They are so annoying!” Players from Maya and Aria’s guilds openly cursed as they followed their guild’s rules.

A rule to not kill residents was like a golden rule. Anyone who broke that rune would get kicked out of the guild, changing their whole life in the Faynom World.

As the fireball landed on a player’s shield, he let out another curse, “Fuck!” And his shield lit up in a deep red color.

His taunt stopped both resident and the monster.

However, these two weren’t the only opponents.

Many other residents rode monsters of a different kind and used their preferred long-distance skills. Once they would get closer to the players, they would attack together with their monster partners using their bodies like warriors.

Such a hybrid was common in the resident’s ranks.

And as the world saw good guilds such as Common Supreme and The Hero’s Party, the evil guilds also stomped here.

One of them appeared on the scene, “Hey, hey, hey! Thanks for taunting them for me!”

Followed by his guild members, Eaven rushed at the residents with killing intent rippling in his eyes. His short sword hacked at them, killing in one swift motion!

Monsters were relatively more challenging as they naturally had tough hide, but that was when the combination of techniques came out!

“Killing Zone – X BOOM!” Eaven roared with his laughter.

His short sword left two deep wounds on the monster’s neck. Those wounds crossed and formed ‘X’, which pulsed as if veins. Its pulsing heightened, and it exploded when it drummed louder than everyone else on the battleground.

The monster died!

“Eaven!” Players from Maya’s guild cursed at that man!

It was not the first time this man and his buddies appeared to thwart their plans!

Besides stopping residents from taking over their lands, players also wanted to catch them and seal them in special prisons.

Alas, people such as Eaven made things harder, to say nothing of King Julian and his family.

Eaven chuckled, “You all can’t be so stingy! Let us get some experience too! Keeping them all for yourselves is no good! Sharing is caring! Remember!”

He jested and pointed the middle finger at every player from Lioness and Maya’s alliance!

Naturally, players kept the border alive!

That was why they couldn’t just focus on those players as residents wouldn’t miss that chance!

They had to swallow all their ire and don’t let Hey Hey Hey Guild leverage on them!

That was when a meteor descended from the sky!

BANG!

“AHHHHHH!” Eaven’s voice rang out on the ground!

That kind of voice left players stunned.

Most of them knew Eaven as he was pretty vocal on social media. Known as vulgar and obstinate with his ambitions, Eaven invited players to his guild to bring back the freedom to Faynom World by exterminating every dark heart resident!

People rarely heard his pained voice!

But as the dust dispersed, revealing the crimson armor, players protecting the border jumped with excitement. At the same time, Eaven’s guild ran away in all directions.

Eaven’s eyes widened, “Crown… Reylin… You are here? I was sure you would be somewhere else!”

Pinned down by Reylin’s raw strength, Eaven spoke roughly and slowly. He raised his hand to push his leg away, to no avail.

Before that absolute strength and player of the highest caliber, Eaven was like an ant!

Reylin canted his head to the side, looking down on Eaven, “We work around The Blue Rose Kingdom and The Brightdoom Kingdom. Fuck off somewhere else, or I will put you in a special prison. This is where you will be able to share all your ideas with those muddle-headed residents.”

He pressed Eaven’s chest, eliciting blood out of his mouth.

Eaven bit his lips, pondering about Reylin’s words, then said, “Your guilds work on the biggest scale in the whole continent. It was the easiest to score residents here, but I guess I will listen to the big boss, Crown Reylin. Hehe!”

Reylin scoffed beneath his helmet, then killed Eaven by Fire Release coming out of his foot.

[You have killed Eaven.]

[He was worth nothing.]

Reylin ignored all those messages.

He turned his eyes to the residents.

They were a particular case, indeed. Even though he had displayed such might, all they did was think for a few seconds. Their hearts urged them to go to Reylin despite the evident gap, which they did.

And as all of them were against him, Reylin swept his hand, conjuring a flame wall! The fire erected from the ground, clouding the resident’s vision!

The scale of his skill went beyond what all players had seen in the game.

Reylin called them, “Enter the flames and tie them all up. My flames won’t hurt you… as I wield them.”

Reylin could flaunt his fire control even more now that he wielded his flames as Crown Reylin!

Players believed in him and went to the flame world, where all residents had their visions blocked by his skill.

As for monsters, they naturally died from the player’s hands!

They all leveled up and secured another batch of residents!
