Her words caused the crowd to laugh.

Ye Lingchen nodded along as he had a rough idea of the cause.

“That’s right. Black Warrior won’t hurt people.” Ye Lingchen smiled and pulled the girl up.

“Hmm.”

As if supportive of Ye Lingchen’s claim, Old Tortoise nodded cooperatively as its mouth curled to show a smile.

Unfortunately, that smile was not very effective. In some ways, it looked even more terrifying.

Following that, Ye Lingchen hugged her and took a picture with her on Old Tortoise’s back. Countless bystanders looked at the girl enviously, wishing for themselves to be up there instead.
