“No wonder he found his way there,” Luosang forced a smile, “He saw me acting with Yuan Zichu and it was a more intimate scene. We fought about that.”

“What’s there to fight about? Mr. Nian is sure a petty man, but it also goes to show that he cares about you. Don’t worry about it, it’ll blow over in a couple of days,” Yan Su smiled and grabbed her clothes for a quick shower. She was exhausted from singing all night long.

After their second class in the morning, Luosang and Tang Ning emerged from their classroom and Chi Shengxu was leaning against the banister outside their class. He was wearing an embroidered jacket with light-washed jeans, his hands in his pockets, he adjusted his posture when he caught sight of them, “Sansan, are you guys heading to Chuen’s birthday? Let’s head there together, I can drive and you can navigate.”

Luosang thought about Nian Junting’s jealous expression, “We have to go back to our room to put on makeup, it’ll take us another forty-five minutes.”

“It’s ok, I can wait for you guys, I don’t want to go there alone, I’m not very familiar with the crowd,” Chi Shengxu said with a shrug.

Luosang had no other excuse she could come up with, she met up with Yan Su and the three of them got ready in their room and headed to the party with Chi Shengxu.

The four of them arrived at the villa without any hiccups along the way. The villa was situated in a luxury estate newly developed two years ago. The building occupied a space about 2000m2, the environment was peaceful and quiet and dotted with greenery and a large pool.

The four of them had arrived early and the decoration in the backyard wasn’t completely ready yet, staff members were still fumbling to set up a platform in the middle of the pool.

Ye Chuen had dressed up lavishly, she was wearing a regal straight neckline gown, showing off her defined collarbones. A glittery Tiffany and Co. diamond necklace adorned her beautiful neck, she looked like a princess.
