Jiang Yuning touched his nose and said softly, “The dress that Uncle Han bought looks nice.”

“Oh?” Nian Xi frowned. “I thought it looked a bit matronly; Uncle Han is on the older side of life. I’m a pretty young girl. I should wear brighter colors like red and orange, something with zest and passion.”

“Yes, yes. Jiang Yuning nodded his head quickly again. “Uncle Han doesn’t have good taste.”

Nian Xi rolled her eyes, “You just complimented the dress that he bought.”

Jiang Yuning pursed his lips, “My girlfriend is always right.”

Nian Xi was growingly pleased with him that night. He had shown remarkable progress after her teachings.

“Xixi, I’m going to take a shower now.”

When Jiang Yuning finished, Nian Xi had changed her position. Now she was lying on her belly playing with her phone. Her legs were crossing each other, and her butt was perky. Jiang Yuning didn’t even dare to take a second look.

“Xixi, do you want to eat something?” asked Jiang Yuning, trying to please her.

“No, thanks. I’m trying to lose weight tonight.” Nian Xi shook her head.

“You’re not fat,” Jiang Yuning said immediately. “I’d like you even if you were though.”

Nian Xi turned to him as she smiled, revealing her perfect white teeth. “A woman’s body and figure are not just for men to admire. It’s important to herself, too. I take pleasure in my body. You wouldn’t understand.”

He didn’t understand her. But Xixi was always right, and she had a good reason for believing what she believed in.

Jiang Yuning stared at her phone; she was looking at clothes. “Xixi, are your shopping online?”

“Yeah, I’m always too busy at work; the seasons are changing. I always feel as I have no pants or shoes. It’s so annoying,” Nian Xi sighed.

Jiang Yuning turned and quietly retrieved his credit card from his wallet and handed it over to her. “You can spend my money if you want to buy anything. You can save the card on your phone.”

Nian Xi looked at the card. She was stunned. No one had ever given her a credit card before other than her family.

His thoughtfulness touched her.

The surprise came so suddenly.

Her boyfriend was so good to her.

“I don’t think that would be nice,” Nian Xi feigned disinterest and rejected his offer.

“Hmm, you can use this card instead. This one has more money on it.” Jiang Yuning handed her a platinum card. “I’m always so busy at work. We hardly go on a few dates every month; I spend too little money on you. You can buy whatever you want from now on, food, entertainment, shopping.”

Nian Xi was happy; she felt as if she had struck gold.

“Okay, if you insist.” Nian Xi promptly opened her e-wallet on her phone and saved his card.

She was beginning to feel like a tycoon’s mistress.

“How much money do you have in there?” Nian Xi asked. She wanted to pace herself.

“I’m not sure.” Jiang Yuning shook his head.

Nian Xi was surprised. Didn’t all rich people keep track of their savings in their bank accounts? “Don’t you have notification alerts?”

“Have you forgotten? I never had a phone before?” Jiang Yuning reminded her.

“How about your income. Do you have a rough idea of your income?”

“Not sure,” Jiang Yuning was still shaking his head. “I don’t use much money, usually. I save all the money I earn from my work on this card. My cousin is the one in charge of investing my money and managing my wealth.”
