Yan Su frowned.

She looked a little sad.

She should have expected him to find out, given how smart he was. He could have easily figured it out but just piecing together the information he already knew. He’d probably already guessed that her ex-boyfriend was from the entertainment industry.

“Liuxi, don’t tell other people,” she said after a long while.

“Why? Are you still trying to protect him?” Mo Liuxi could tell that she was upset.

“Is it really over?” Mo Liuxi suddenly pushed her onto the bed. He brushed his fingers lightly across her cheek. She had makeup on and her tear streaks were visible. “Why are you crying then? Can’t you bear to let him go?”

“Am I not allowed to grieve the loss of my relationship? Forget it, you won’t understand anyway, you’ve never been in love.” Yan Su was a little flustered when he touched her face.

Being crushed underneath him on the bed, she was in a precarious position.

Yan Su tried to get up but he pushed her down again. She was annoyed. “Mo Liuxi, what are you doing?”

“I’ve never been in love before, but I love you now. I’m jealous of Shi Xiang. I’m jealous that you’re crying over him.”

Mo Liuxi didn’t try to conceal his emotions at all. “I like you, Yan Su. I don’t want you to cry over anyone else in the future. You shouldn’t be in a room alone with Shi Xiang. I wasn’t a part of your past, but I want to be part of your future. Your tears belong to me now. Everything belongs to me.”

He was being bossy and forceful, his eyebrows crossed in determination.

Yan Su’s head was buzzing. When she regained her senses, she was blushing. “What crazy talk is this? Get up.”

Mo Liuxi sighed and lowered his handsome face to press his lips against hers.

It was so different from that time in the grass field.

His kiss was full of purpose and intensity.

Yan Su’s brain went blank.

So much had happened that day.

She’d managed to dodge Shi Xiang’s kiss but she couldn’t dodge Mo Liuxi.
